roh-logoVaughn Johnson, Sports Producer:

This week’s episode of Ring of Honor television was pretty straightforward, which can be both good and bad.

For this week at least, I thought it was good.

Since I was at the Ring of Honor show in Philadelphia back on Aug. 21 and saw the conclusion of a lot of angles that are still playing out on television right now, it felt weird essentially to go back in time.

Being as though that I know where almost all of these angles will end up, it’s hard for me to judge without potentially spoiling what happens next.

The only angle that did not play out in Philadelphia was the burgeoning rivalry between Adam Page and Jay Briscoe.

After Jay and Mark Briscoe defeated two massive men called the Bloodbound Warriors, Page came out to call out Jay Briscoe for the second week in a row. Eventually, the match was made and it will take place next week. I assume it took place in Baltimore, so even I don’t know what happens here.

With that said, here are the match results:

– The Briscoes def. Bloodbound Warriors

Roderick Strong def. Donovan Dijak

– ROH Tag Team championship – The Addiction def. Future Shock
