SUPERSTAR GRAHAM REFLECTS ON GROUNDBREAKING WWWF YEARS OF 1977/78

 
If the WWWF hadn’t given us what it did in 1977 & 1978, there most likely wouldn’t have been a Hulk Hogan or Jesse Ventura.  The 1980′s would have come and gone wihtout a CBS Saturday wrestling cartoon and Epic Records wrestling album, and Minnesota would have have had a boring, stiff-necked politician type governing its state in the late 90s.

New WSU Tag Team Champs Crowned

This past weekend, at an NYWC show in Port Jefferson Station, NY, new WSU Tag Team Champions were crowned when submission specialists Jana & Cindy Rogers teamed up, as they were able to defeat Mercedes Martinez & Angel Orsini.

The match wasn’t without controversy.

Jana & Cindy Rogers, two former fan-favorites, have been united under manager Rick Cataldo. Along with Brittney Savage, it was revealed that these four are now calling themseves “The Cosmo Club”.

With the WSU Spirit Championship already under their possession, as it is held by Brittney Savage, The Cosmo Club’s plan to get the WSU Tag Team Championships was executed perfectly.

Rating the RAW Roster

The Kingfish Arnie Katz continues his monthly series that rates each wrestler’s recent performances, analyzes strengths and weaknesses, and even charts future courses for major TNA stars.

Part 1

RAW is giving TNA a terrific battle in the Monday Night Wars and, so far at least, has blunted its rival’s campaign to bring iMPACT to a comparable level.

More than three times as many fans watch RAW as tune to iMPACT on Monday. That would be a very tough ratio to maintain, but RAW is making a mighty effort to do so.
