[Injury News] For the first time in his 14 year career that spanned countless broken bones, stitches, no-shows, and even two retirements but the one thing that the former King Of Old School and current Mr. Wrestling 3 Steve Corino has never done was miss time due to injury. But that streak came to an end today when it was revealed that Corino suffered a Type 2 separated shoulder and broken collarbone during a match with Ricky Landell in Morganville, NJ for the B4W Pro-wrestling promotion last Saturday night.

[TNA News] Due to the UFC Ultimate Finale special, Spike TV will not be airing a replay of TNA Impact on Saturday, June 21st. Instead, the replay will air on Friday, June 20th at 9 AM.. [reported by Devin Cutting]

[Radio News] WWZN, Boston’s Sport’s Station, 1510 The Zone announces a new program focusing on the world of professional wrestling. “The Mouthpiece Wrestling Show,” a compliment to the station’s successful “Mouthpiece Boxing Show,” premieres on Friday, July 11 at 5 PM. The show will be hosted by New England Championship Wrestling promoter, Sheldon Goldberg and the notorious “Manager of Champions” Sean Gorman. Goldberg is also a noted wrestling historian and has appeared on A&E, ESPN and MSNBC. WWZN, 1510 The Zone’s “Mouthpiece Wrestling Show” will air every Friday afternoon from 5 to 6 PM beginning July 11. WWZN is a 50,000 watt AM station and is streamed live on the Internet at www.1510thezone.com

[Canadian Event] Wrestling fans of Windsor (Ontario) had their senses “Awakened” last month when Border City Wrestling returned after a two year hiatus. BCW announced that night that it was only the start and it was. BCW’s annual tradition, WrestleFest, returns on June 30th when Windsor’s premiere wrestling company teams up with Windsor’s premiere riverfront festival, Summer Fest! At WrestleFest current TNA superstar Rhino gores his way into Windsor’s Riverfront Festival Plaza (across from Caesars Windsor). Rhino, a Can-Am Wrestling School graduate, will be in the main event as well as signing autographs before the show for all VIP ticketholders. Then, BCW is back with a vengeance with two nights of hard-hitting action, as Border City Wrestling presents “Double Jeopardy” live from Chatham, Ontario on July 18 and Tecumseh, Ontario on July 19. Headlining both huge events is “The One Legged Wonder” Zach Gowen.
