BIG DADDY V REVEALS THE REASON HE WAS RELEASED IN HIS FIRST POST-WWE SHOOT INTERVIEW

By WorldWrestlingInsanity.com

Get ready to celebrate the two year anniversary of ClubWWI.com with our biggest guest ever…literally. That’s right. In his FIRST SHOOT INTERVIEW since leaving WWE earlier this month, Big Daddy V has come to ClubWWI.com for an uncut discussion with James Guttman that talks about everything from his long and storied career.

Long before he was Big Daddy V, Nelson Frazier was winning matches and titles as both Mabel in Men on a Mission and Viscera. Nelson goes through each phase of his career and speaks about accomplishments and moments he experienced. In his ClubWWI.com shoot, V addresses subjects like:

The Original Look Vince McMahon Wanted For The Big Daddy V Character, Why Nelson Was Against It, How Long They Negotiated It, Why He Was Given The Name “Mabel,” Why Oscar Was a Men on a Mission Outcast, His Friendship With Mo, The Surprising Legend Who Came Up With “Visagra,” TNA Possibilities, Singing To Lillian on Raw, Teaming With Charlie Haas, Teaming With Val Venis, Wrestling in a Trench Coat, The White Contact Lenses, and so much more.

The Million Dollar Question, of course, is his WWE release. What happened? Embarking on one of his biggest pushes in WWE, BDV’s departure was a shock. James asked about this on ClubWWI.com and Big Daddy responded:

“You know what, man? I got sick. I went down with pneumonia. I got sick and it ravaged my body a little bit. I’m feeling better now – better than I’ve felt in many years. Me and WWE decided together that I’d take a little time off. I’m getting into movies now. I just finished my first movie a few days ago in Utah. I’m very excited about doing something new. I just want to send a shout out to all my fans. Thanks for all the support. The well wishes and everything, but Big Vis is very healthy and I’m doing very fine.”

Vis went on to talk about the movie he was in and the idea behind it. He also speaks about a possible return to wrestling, where that would be, and his feelings on TNA. These are just a few of the man subject that you can hear from his 30 minute ClubWWI.com shoot.

JG welcomes Big Daddy V to the site and starts off with the Million Dollar Question — his WWE release.

Guttman brings up Men on a Mission. The group had some strange names. He asks the former Mabel to explain how and why he ended up with a name that seems so off from his look. Vis explains:

“That was all Vince McMahon and I’ll never forget the day he told us what our names were gonna be. He told Oscar his name first. He said he wanted to come up with the cheesiest white name they could come up with for him. He told Mo his name – a regular black man’s name. Then he said, ‘As far you, Nelson, your name will be Mabel like the boy named Sue that (everyone) was so intimidated by him that they would never make fun of his name being Sue. It really caught on, man. Even to this day, people at the photo shoots, some of the extras, were calling me King Mabel.”

Vis spoke at length about M.O.M. and his time in the group as well as a ton of other topics on ClubWWI.com
