[WWE News] Kelly Kelly was on Bubba the Love Sponge on 1/30. She talked about how WWE signed her straight out of high school after John Laurinaitis saw her photo. She trained in OVW for one week (yes, one week) before being brought in for TV, and now she continues to train on her off days in FCW in Tampa. When asked if she makes good money she said the video game cheques were very good and she drives a Beemer. She said she still keeps in touch with ex-BF Andrew “Test” Martin — he wants to go to school to become a personal trainer and occasionally wrestles in Japan. . [reported by Mike Aldren]
[WWE News] There are still thousands of Wrestlemania 25 tickets available. A source at Ticketmaster has told us there are as many as 10,000 seats still available for the 4/5 PPV is Houston, TX. [TNA News] Christy Hemme returned following a serious neck injury on 1/31 for the BSE fed in Brampton, Ontario. [NWA News] The National Wrestling Alliance, along with broadcast partner Big Vision Entertainment, announced that “NWA™ Wrestling Showcase” will begin airing on My Network TV affiliate MyUTV Channel 10 in Sioux Falls, SD. The program will run on both Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 PM beginning Feb. 7th. Then, on March 1, NWA will debut at the Sioux Falls Arena with an action-packed family-friendly live event.
