Sting shocked the wrestling world when he appeared as the surprise guest at the WWE/Mattel panel last week at Comic-Con to help introduce his first ever WWE action figure – based on his ’97 “Crow” look when he faced Hulk Hogan at Starrcade.
From there, I had the rare opportunity to have a quick word with the Stinger after the panel, as well as some longer video chats with Hulk Hogan and Daniel Bryan – who themselves both talked about what it was like having Sting join up with the WWE.
Bryan also gave us an update regarding his health and his thoughts on Japanese wrestling star Kenta joining the WWE.
