  • December 3, 2005 – TNA IMPACT: Samoa Joe attacked AJ Styles and bashed his head and yelled “I don’t respect your CODE!”.
  • December 11, 2005 – TNA Turning Point: Samoa Joe defeated AJ Styles to win the X-Division title (Match of the Year Contender).

  • ~~~The two fought until being separated by security. Sting came out and booked a 30-Minute Iron Man Match at Final Resolution.
  • November 17, 2011 – TNA IMPACT: James Storm accused Styles of attacking him a few weeks prior so Styles could get a shot.
  • ~~~Styles denied this and left the ring. Kurt Angle then attacked Storm revealing that he was the one behind the attack.
  • November 24, 2011 – TNA IMPACT: Team James Storm (A.J. Styles, Jeff Hardy, Mr. Anderson, and Rob Van Dam) beat Team Kurt Angle (Bobby Roode, Jeff Jarrett, Christopher Daniels, and Bully Ray) in an 8-man elimination match.
