Starting out in New Zealand
- Butch Miller & Luke Williams began their wrestling careers in New Zealand under the NWA New Zealand banner..
- Butch Miller & Luke Williams were brought to U.S. soil by fellow New Zealander and NWA Hawaii promoter, Steve Rickard..Stampede Wrestling in Western Canada
- 1965: Butch Miller and Luke Williams made their debut in Western Canada as “The Kiwis”..
