Adrian Neville revealed on the WWE NXT Takeover preview show this week that he had four front teeth accidentally knocked out by Brodus Clay in a backstage segment. The segment was shown on the April 17th episode of NXT episode, which means the incident took place at the March 13th tapings.
Neville did have dental surgery and apparently has been wearing a mouth guard to protect himself during his recent matches.
