ECW (10/20) Extreme Exam
Our resident philosopher looks at an action packed edition of ECW
ECW continued to promote Sunday’s Bragging Rights PPV, even though they really don’t have a part in the show.
Abraham Washington said that he was hosting the show this week. Tony Atlas served to hype Washington’s ego. Chris Jericho interrupted the segment to look for Tiffany. Washington told Jericho that he would like him on his show. Jericho’s response was “I bet you would.” Jericho then walked off as the credits rolled.

Bound For Glory Predictions
Our resident philosopher breaks out the crystal ball, tea leaves and lucky coin to try and predict TNA’s biggest PPV of the year.
If it’s October, then this must be Bound For Glory. TNA is pulling out all the stops with this super-card. Even the pre-show match is far above notmal. I’ll do my best to try and predict where TNA is going on Sunday, and beyond, with this much-anticipated Pay Per View.

The ECW (10/6) Extreme Examination
Our resident philosopher takes a look at an action-packed episode of ECW.
William Regal and his Ruthless Roundtable continued their dominance in ECW. Also, Christian faced off against Zack Ryder, again.
This Week’s Episode: The Return of Ruthless Aggression
ECW opened with a look back at William Regal being placed in charge of ECW, due to Tiffany being in an auto accident. Regal made an 8-man battle, last week. Regal was pinned by Yoshi Tatsu.

The Impact (10/1) Insight
Our resident philosopher examines the chaos that was this week’s TNA Impact.
TNA continued with the bickering between the various factions. A third generation star Iron Clawed her way onto the roster. Also, Kevin Nash went after Dr. Stevie, who attacked him last week. This and much more chaos flowed out of Orlando, this week.

My Hell in a Cell 2009 Predictions
Our resident philosopher breaks out the crystal ball, tea leaves and lucky coin to try and figure out the WWE’s newest “Gimmick” Pay-Per-View
This event has already soured itself to me. The original premise was that all the matches would be contended under Hell in a Cell rules. The latest posting on the WWE’s official website has changed it to a 50-50 card. Half the matches will be inside the Cell, half won’t. Let’s take a look at the chaos and see if I can find some order.

ECW (9′29) Extreme Examination
Our resident philosopher looks at a rather weak editiion of ECW.
The journey to Hell in a Cell continued with this week’s ECW. ECW did a little cross-promotion with the arrival of a former ECW Champion for a little chat with Abraham Washington. Also, ECW found itself with a new GM, at least temporarily.
This Week’s Episode: It’s good to be the King

TNA Impact (9/24) Insight
Our resident philosopher looks at a mediocre edition of Impact
The aftermath of No Surrender was in full force on this week’s episode of TNA. Bobby Lashley made his Impact debut. Also, the tag team scene got seriously Extreme. This was an action-filled two hours of fun and excitement. Let’s get to it.
The show opened with all the excitement from No Surrender. A.J. Styles took the gold from Kurt Angle, thanks to an assist from Sting. ODB finally won the Knockout championship. Samoa Joe dominated Daniels. Taylor Wilde and Sarita became the first Knockout tag team champs. Hernandez cashed in his Feast or Fired case, only to have his dreams shattered by Eric Young.
This Week’s Episode: The One about the Broken Picture.

The ECW (9/22) Extreme Examination
Our resident philosopher takes a look at an action-packed episode of ECW that took one man to the next level and entertained the entire WWE Universe.
Zack Ryder got his first shot at the ECW title. The Tormentors continued to inflict pain and destruction onto their hapless foes. All this and the return of (sigh) The Abraham Washington Show.
This Week’s Episode: Not-so-Easy, Ryder
After a quick discussion of the ECW title match, ECW went straight into the Abraham Washington Show. Tony Atlas was back to be the only person to laugh at Abraham Washington’s horrid jokes. Abe pushed himself as Tony cackled. Abe brought out Sheamus. Sheamus, looking like an extra from Gangs of New York, took a seat. Abe made fun of Sheamus’ pale skin. Sheamus called the show “Sanford and Son“. Abe brought up Sheamus’ issues with Shelton Benjamin. Tony started laughing and calling Sheamus a “leprechaun”. They went back to talking about Shelton. Sheamus said he eliminated Shelton from the Battle Royal, last week, as repayment for the week before.

My No Surrender Predictions
Our resident philosopher goes through the mediocrity that looks to be No Surrender to find the winners and make a few suggestions about future storylines.
I’m left pretty cold by this year’s No Surrender card. The Knockout Tag Team titles are meaningless. Most of the feuds are rather boring. I will try my best to stay awake as I ponder this snoozefest.
