The Cauliflower Alley Club announces their 1st annual membership drive. Here is a letter from the club’s President and CEO, wrestling legend B. Brian Blair.
Dear Members and Friends,
The month of January 2017 will be our first annual “Membership Drive” to help both replenish those that we lost, due to passing or attrition, and to continue to build the “lifeblood” of the Greatest Fraternity on Earth… our Members!
As many of you know, as well and those who don’t, the Cauliflower Alley Club is a 501c3 non-profit charity that assists people from the wrestling industry whom made a career in the business and have, unfortunately, fallen on difficult financial times.
Our membership base is composed of hundreds of active and retired male and female wrestlers, referees, announcers, and those behind the scenes. We also encourage NICE and KIND fans of the wrestling industry to join as well!
Membership benefits outweigh the actual cost of becoming a member. As a member you will have the right to attend our annual reunions in Las Vegas, NV and you will receive 4-5 copies of our award-winning newsletter “The Ear”, which is not available on the internet and is always very entertaining.
For the cost of $25.00 a year, $50.00 for two years or $300.00 for a “Life Membership” (U.S. rates), you can enjoy and participate in many of the events at our Reunions. Our 52nd CAC Reunion is May 1-3, 2017 at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino and it is sure to be another outstanding time!
Each of our Board Members works hard all year and attends the reunions at their own personal expense, insuring that 99.9% of any monies collected go directly to our mission.
The CAC has donated tens of thousands of dollars to many of the industry’s “house-hold” names, as well as others covered by our Mission Statement. Thank you so much to all of you that have made CAC a purpose in your lives as well.
