The Return of the Game
January 7, 2002 - By Brad Dykens

Tonight on RAW (January 7, 2002) we saw the long awaited return to the WWF, after circling the ring for over 6 minutes, Triple H reminded everybody just who the hell he is, THE GAME.. Triple H quickly threw his name into the hat for the upcoming Royal Rumble match, a match that he has limited experience in, because he is traditionally competing in Heavyweight Title matches at Royal Rumble.. Before elaborating, Triple H was interupted by a very jealous Kurt Angle, who announced his participation in the Royal Rumble as well, trying to steal the spotlight from Hunter.. Triple H would not have it, spearing the olympic hero in the middle of the right and laying a series of punches to Kurt's head.. Angle rallied back and executed a perfect belly-to-back suplex which temporarily slowed the Game.. But Triple H recovered and hit the pedigree on Angle in the center of the ring, then standing over him with his arm raised.. The crowd went nuts for the entire segment and it sure is great to have the WWF most valuable player back on the roster! The real question here is, how long until her screws everybody and retains his "Greatest Heel of All Time" roll in the WWF storylines.. Welcome back, GAME!
