Female wrestler Ella Waldek passes away

Ella Waldek, a female wrestling star from the early 50s until the early 70s, passed away this past Wednesday. She was trained by legendary women’s wrestler The Fabulous Moolah.

Waldek appeared in the 2005 documentary film Lipstick & Dynamite: The First Ladies of Wrestling.
