 JWA-United Wrestling presents “June Jubilee” this Sunday afternoon, June 24 at the New Brunswick Boxing Gym in New Brunswick, New Jersey with a special 3:00 p.m. belltime.
Doors open at 2:30 p.m., and tickets are available for only $10 at the door.
In the main event, the quest to become the first American Champion continues. At last Thursday’s Youth Sports Festival, Brian Mitchell Foster, Dan Rageous (formerly known as Dirt Bag Dan), The “Indian Warrior” Draven, and Mike Cannizzo all advanced to the next round, which takes place this Sunday. The four wrestlers will be randomly divided into two teams and square off in a tag team match. The winning team members will advance to the final match, which will take place at our July event.
JWA World Champion Rick Silver will be on hand to defend his championship belt against a top contender to be named at the show.
There will also be a special Mixed Six-Person Tag Team Match: Pure Absinthe (Della Morte & New JWA-United Women’s Champion Taylor Nicole Rules) & Joe Rules with their manager Luxurious Lynne will face the team of The “Maniacal” Hubie Volk & Travis Blackchurch & Roxie Cotton. This match will see the new Mr. & Mrs. Rules as a tag team for the first time ever.
World Tag Team Champions Corey Xyde & Cameron Shaft are two men who have been doing nothing but drinking beers, kicking ass, and wining matches. What team will step up and try to capture the gold from this force to be reckened with?
In a rematch from last Thursday, Nate Mustang will once again tangle with Danny Sanchez. These two youngsters are looking to make names for themselves here in THE JWA, and Danny Sanchez is looking to even the score with a victory this time around.
