[Misc News] Eric Bischoff, who broke into the business under Verne Gagne in the AWA, wrote about the Gagne incident in his blog. He praised Gagne as an athlete, father, and a businessman. He is unhappy with the way that the media in Minnesota has reported on the story and thinks it’s terrible that Gagne has ended up in an assisted living facility in a tragic situation because his family can’t provide for him. He talked about a story in which Gagne was forced by the State years ago to give up his property for a fraction of its market value due to the building of a new park on Lake Minnetonka west of Minneapolis.
