Career Highlights

  • The Miracle Violence Connection was a professional wrestling tag team consisting of “Dr. Death” Steve Williams and Terry “Bam Bam” Gordy.
  • The team was originally formed in All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) in 1990 and quickly became a top tag team for the next several years under the name the Miracle Violence Connection (MVC).
  • June 6, 1991: The Miracle Violence Connection defeated Stan Hanson and Dan Spivey to win the All Japan Tag Team titles!
  • In 1992, the Miracle Violence Connection went to World Championship Wrestling where they won the WCW World Tag Team Championship by defeating the Steiner Brothers in Atlanta, GA on July 5, 1992.
  • January 30, 1993 – AJPW: The Miracle Violence Connection defeated Mitsuaru Misawa and Toshiaki Kawada in Japan.
  • After breaking up, Steve Williams and Terry Gordy would team up one more time in ECW where they lost to The Eliminators at High Incident on October 26, 1996.
