Bull Ramos later worked for Don Owen's Pacific Northwest promotion and had a long feud with Dutch Savage.. Bull Ramos reportly had his leg amputated a few years back as a result of the effects of diabetes.. Bull Ramos became blind later on in life due to kidney dialysis treatments three times per week.. May 27, 2006: Apache Bull Ramos (69) passed away as a result of a massive shoulder infection..
