Ron Hutchison
1981: Began training to wrestle at Sully's Gym in
Toronto.
June 5, 1983- Debut match at Scarboro Arena Gardens.
Teamed with Danny Little Wolf to defeat the team of Teddy Marshall
and Joey War Eagle for promoter "Bearman" Dave McKigney.
July 14, 1984: World Wrestling Federation debut
vs. The Iron Sheik at the Brantford Civic Centre in Brantford,
Ont., Canada.
Sept. 9, 1984- Hutchison makes Maple Leaf
Gardens WWF debut against John Bonello in Toronto, Canada.
Summer of 1984, 1985, 1986: Toured the Canadian maritime provinces for
Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling (promoter: Emile Dupre, father of WWE star
Rene Dupre) as a babyface working against wrestlers like Masahiro "Tokyo"Chono, Mr. Pogo,"Killer" Karl Krupp, Jos Leduc, Frenchy Martin, Leo Burke, midget star Sky Low Low and "Monster Ripper" Rhonda Singh inmixed tag team matches.
1984 to late 1987: World Wrestling Federation matches versus talent such as Jesse "The Body" Ventura, Roddy Piper, Bret Hart, Macho Man Randy Savage, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Paul "Mr. Wonderful" Orndorff, Greg Valentine, Iron Sheik, Jim Neidhart, Adrian Adonis, Dick Murdoch, Kamala, "Hoss" Dory Funk Jr., King Kong Bundy, etc.
April 25, 1986: "Wonderboy" Ron Hutchison
profiled with a full page story in the Toronto Sun daily newspaper
and picked up by newspapers throughout Canada including the
Moncton Times Transcript and the Calgary Herald.
1986/87: Toured in the province of Quebec for
"International Wrestling" booked by Leo Burke.
Summer of 1987 and 1988: Toured Nova Scotia, New
Brunswick and Prince Edward Island Canada for World Grand Prix wrestling as masked heel The Intelligent and Sensational Masked Thunderbolt as part of
"Bulldog" Bob Brown's army working with "Rotten" Ron Starr, The Great Malumba, Leo Burke, Stephen Petitpas, Vinnie Valentino, The Cuban Assasian, The Rock and Roll Rebel Express, Steve Blackman, Sunny War Cloud, Buddy Lane, etc.
Sept. 1997- Hutchison appears for the first time with WWF Canada
President Carl DeMarco on CBC television's nation-wide teen talk
show "Jonovision".
Sept. 1997: Worked a taped Asian PPV for the continent of India promoted
by Tiger Jeet Singh in front of 10,000 plus fans in Hayes, Middlesex
(London), England.
Aug. 30, 1998: Launched and booked the Apocalypse Wrestling Federation (AWF) to the biggest crowd to see Indy wrestling in Toronto in the previous 15 years.
Sept. 1998- Hutchison returns to CBC's "Jonovision" guesting with
two of his trainees; WWF performers Tiger Ali Singh and Jason
Sensation.
Feb. 14, 1999--Missy Hyatt makes her first officially sanctioned in-ring wrestling appearance as well as her Canadian debut at Hutchison's Apocalypse Wrestling Federation "A Valentine to Remember" show. Missy ends up becoming the first women ever to hold a mens professsional wrestling championship when she captures the AWF title at that show. In addition to other male and female wrestlers who trained and got their starts with Hutchison the AWF also hosted the Canadian wrestling debuts of WWE star Jillian Hall (a.k.a. Macaela Mercedes--Nov. 24, 2002--AWF "Gauntlet to Glory"), Beth Phoenix (OVW/ WWE -- AWF Ironman Tournament Aug. 2002) and joshi star Sumie Sakai (June 2, 2002-- AWF "International Implications".)
June 6, 1999: Promoted Terry Funk's Canadian retirement match, a victory over Sabu, at AWF "One Last Dance" in Mississauga, Ont.
Aug./Sept. 2000, 2001, 2002: Promoted and booked the Apocalypse
Wrestling Federation Ironman Tournament each year at the Canadian
National Exhibition in Toronto. Each year showcased upwards of 100
matches presented over the course of the 18 day fair.
Aug. 2002: Legendary wrestling journalist George Napolitano dubs
"Ron Hutchison: Trainer to the Stars" in a 3 page tribute to the
trainer in Napolitano's T.V. Wrestlers newstand wrestling magazine.
2003: Hutchison profiled in the book "The
Pro-Wrestling Hall of Fame; The Canadians" (author Greg Oliver, ECW
Press)
April 6, 2003: Hutchison ventures to Tokyo, Japan to partner with
women's pro-wrestling legend Chigusa Nagayo to produce the debut of
the "GaeaBoyz" at Gaea Japan's 8th Anniversary show at Yokohama
Bunka Gym.
Oct. 2003 to present: Hutchison helps launch Baywatch star
Carmen Electra's NWWL by working as the company's head wrestling
trainer and consultant. The NWWL events featuring Jimmy Hart and
Carmen Electra are syndicated world wide with both pay per view and
DVD distribution.
Dec. 2005; Hutchison begins training reality televison star Mandy
Weaver( TBS Gilligan's Island II Mary-Anne) for her pro-wrestling
debut; a championship match at Carmen Electra's NWWL pay per view
event to be aired world wide in 2006.

several times on the DVD talking about his training of Edge and

Guaranteed!"(Hutchison talks about Trish's early wrestling training

stage talking about this being the craziest thing he ever did!)

appears several times in back stage/ behind the scenes extras.)
