IN THE RING
Mick Foley + The Main Event Mafia (Kurt Angle & Sting & Kevin Nash & Scott Steiner & Booker T): Mick Foley wished everyone a happy Holiday and talked about how the Main Event Mafia promised him that there would be no more gang-style hits. Mick Foley said Kurt Angle likes to talk about the code among the boys but what good is your code when your word no longer means a thing. Foley said the “code” among the boys is a “cock of Angle (shit).” Foley said next time there is a gang style hit he might have to become personally involved. Foley listed Petey Williams, Brother Ray, and Samoa Joe – and proclaimed “the bloodshed stops tonight!” The Main Event Mafia came out to the stage and Kurt Angle said they were not the aggresser, they were the victims. Angle called Kevin Nash a wrestling “purist” – hilarious. Angle tried to sweet talk his way out of Foley’s bad books by saying Foley should be apart of heir family. Angle suggested they write-off Samoa Joe and just say he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Foley said Angle has a match with Jarrett, and Sting has Rhino at Genesis. Foley said he wanted to book the rest of the Mafia in a match. Foley booked Booker T & Scott Steiner vs. A.J. Styles & Brother Devon for tonight. Foley then booked Angle vs. Rhino tonight. Foley repeated his promise that if things get out of hand he will become physically involved. Foley also said that Jeff Jarrett would be at ringside to make sure things stay on the level.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Rhino: Rhino talked about coming to TNA for the rush of the chase. Rhino said Kurt Angle was going to feel pain tonight. Rhino said the pinfall means nothing to him tonight, because he just wants to get revenge for Petey, Brother Ray, and Joe. Rhino said the Mafia started the war, but should have thought about how they were going to end it – because there is NO WAY OUT.

X-DIVISION TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMI-FINAL MATCH
Chris Sabin w/Alex Shelley defeated Kiyoshi (Akira Raijin): Referee Shane Sewell was back from “suspension,” and Sheik Abdul Bashir watched the match from the sidelines. After the match, the Sheik entered the ring to intidate Shane Sewell – in an attempt to make him snap and get fired. The Sheik repeatedly shoved Sewell and he started to hulk-up and rip his shirt off. Suddenly the lights went out and Suicide flew in on a zip-line and saved Sewell by taking out the Sheik with his vigilante justice.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Lauren Brooke & The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky) & Cute Kip & “the Fake” Sarah Palin: Sarah Palin wanted the Beautiful People to meet the public but they didn’t want the “marks” to touch them. Cute Kip vowed to kill anyone who touched them. Palin then forced the two hotties into the crowd against their will! This gimmick wore out its welcome a long time ago!

SIT-DOWN INTERVIEW
Mike Tenay & Jeff Jarrett: Mike Tenay thanked Jeff Jarrett for allowing him to be apart of TNA, and Jarrett said that TNA wouldn’t be TNA without Mike Tenay (so true!). Tenay said Jarrett really had no intention of getting back into the ring, but it hasn’t worked out that way. Jarrett said he and Kurt just don’t get along. Jarrett said when he hired Kurt he wanted to build the entire organization around him. Jarrett said Kurt lost his wife, his kids, and his dignity. Jarrett said Kurt thinks in his mind that he has become bigger than TNA. Jarrett said TNA needs Angle, but Angle absolutly needs TNA too. Tenay asked about Angle’s insensitive comments about Jarrett’s family. Jarrett paused and said you look into Kurt’s eyes and he’s not the same person he was two years ago. Jarrett said his preparation for Bound For Glory was easy, but this time it is completely different. Jarrett said losing is not an option. Jarrett said this is one fight that he has to, and will, win.

RINGSIDE
Mike Tenay & Don West + Kurt Angle: Mike Tenay & Don West talked about Jeff Jarrett’s issues when Kurt Angle showed up and verbally harassed both of them. Angle said he has no sympathy for Jeff Jarrett or his three little girls. Angle said it will be a bloody fight and the fight starts tonight. Angle said when Jarrett comes down with Rhino tonight, he won’t know when, but he will hurt and cripple him. Angle said he would bring Sting to the ring to keep Rhino occupied.

TNA ROUGH CUT: Beer Money Incorporated.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & Matt Morgan & Abyss: Abyss started to talk, but Matt Morgan cut him off and acted like a dick, telling Abyss he’s had enough. Morgan told Beer Money that the games are OVER. Morgan remembered Abyss going through a flaming table, and him getting a beer bottle smashed over his head two weeks ago. Morgan said at Genesis it won’t be a new beginning it will be the final act. Matt Morgan put so much into that promo but he is just not good.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & A.J. Styles & Brother Devon: A.J. Styles said that Samoe Joe’s arm was fractured. Styles also said that Joe had just found out his wife went into labour. Styles talked about the joy he gets from holding his child for the first time, and now Joe gets to hold his child with an injured arm. Styles took a fit and told the Main Event Mafia to come after him! Brother Devon said his brother was like a big old grizzley bear – mentally you can’t keep him down. Devon got fired up talking about Ray second guessing himself for the first time in fifteen years. Devon said mentally he may never come back. Devon said the Main Event Mafia has unleashed something inside of him and they will never put Team 3-D down for the count!

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) + Eric Young: Chris Sabin said good things happen to good people, talking about his victory putting him in the finals of the X-Division title tournament. Jeremy Borash said if Alex Shelley beats Eric Young, then the Machine Guns will face off in the finals. Alex Shelley said that they have prepared for that, and started to insult Eric Young. Young came in and slapped Shelley and the Machine Guns attacked Young. Tne rest of the Frontline came into break them up..

IN THE RING
Eric Young & Alex Shelley: They brawled out to the ring in their street clothes fighting with a referee standing around but he wouldn’t start the match. Jay Lethal & Consequences Creed ran down to pull Eric Young off while Chris Sabin dragged Shelley up the ramp..

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & Tracy Brooks & Roxxi Laveaux & Taylor Wilde & Christy Hemme & ODB: Tracy Brooks wished the TNA fans a Happy Holiday and sent 2008 out with a bang with the 2nd Annual Santa’s Workshop Knockout’s Street Fight. The babyface Knockouts were pumped to get the “party” started. Christy Hemme looked hot, Taylor looked good, ODB looked terrible, and Roxxi’s hotness is being wasted!

TAG TEAM MATCH
The TNA Frontline (A.J. Styles & Brother Devon) vs. The Main Event Mafia (Booker T & Scott Steiner) ended in a No Contest: The fight spilled out of the ring and all over the iMPACT Zone. Styles & Steiner paired off, while Booker & Devon ended up back in the parking lot. Kevin Nash peeked over a wall and distracted Devon, while Angle ambushed him from beind! Angle & Nash double-teamed Devon and they hand-cuffed him to the wall. Booker T took a few shots at Devon before following Angle & Nash. Back in the ring, Steiner was assaulting A.J. Styles while the referee tried to tell him that the match was thrown out. Styles mounted a come-back until Angle hit the ring and went after Styles. Styles took out Angle, then kicked Kevin Nash, and gave Booker T the Pele-kick. The Mafia then took control and started murdering Styles. Jay Lethal & Consequences Creed ran down but they got beat up too. Rhino ran down and started throwing punches, but he was eventually over-taken as well. Finally, Mick Foley made good on his promise and hit the ring, getting “physically involved” and cleaned house on all of the Mafia members. Foley brought out “the Sock” (he can’t legally call it Mr. Socko) but Nash pulled Angle out of the ring before he could get a taste!

IN THE RING
Mick Foley & The TNA Frontline + The Main Event Mafia (standing on stage): Mick Foley said “just when I think I’m out, they drag me back in!” Foley stood with the TNA Frontline and suggested they give the Main Event Mafia their Christmas present – a six man tag match at Genesis between Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, & Booker T vs. Brother Devon, A.J. Styles, and Mick Foley! Foley announced it like, “Mick Foley, is crossing the LINE!”

SANTA’S WORKSHOP KNOCKOUTS STREET FIGHT
Roxxi Laveaux & Taylor Wilde & ODB & Christy Hemme defeated Awesome Kong & Raisha Saeed & Rhaka Khan & Sojourner Bolt: ODB came down and lifted her dress, revealing mistletoe above her crotch – really classy! Taylor Wilde pinned Rhaka Khan. They are hyping Christy Hemme’s rematch with Amazing Kong at Genesis for the TNA Knockout’s title.

MAIN EVENT
Kurt Angle defeated Rhino by DQ: Jeff Jarrett (with a guitar) was at ringside and he was supposed to be “neutral” but was obviously gunning for Kurt Angle. Midway through the match, Kurt Angle spit on Jarrett, causing him to jump into the ring – but Rhino and some extra referees stopped him from getting his hands on Angle. After a long match, Angle got Rhino in the Ankle-lock and Jarrett jumped in the ring and attacked Angle – causing the referee to call for the bell. A huge army of TNA security, including BG James and Terry Taylor, ran down to separate Jarrett and Angle. BG James yelled at Kurt Angle, “you control yourself, you son of a bitch!” and Angle sucker-punched BG James out cold!
