IN THE RING
Desmond Wolfe + Kurt Angle: Nigel McGuinness formerly introduced himself as “Desmond Wolfe” – but to you wankers I am Mr. Wolfe. Wolfe said he wouldn’t claim that he was the next big thing, because he is the ONLY THING! Wolfe said from day one he was raised to be the world’s greatest fighter. Wolfe said some people are destined to be common folk, but he was destined to become a champion! Wolfe said he was in TNA to dominate in a sport that he was bred for. Wolfe said he doesn’t need a gold medal to prove him tough he is. Wolfe said they gave Kurt Angle a gold medal on points because they felt sorry for him! Wolfe said everybody thinks Angle is a tough guy, but he knows it’s a facade. Wolfe said he could have broken Angle’s neck, but he didn’t, because he made his mark in one night only – and became the greatest wrestler in the history of TNA! Kurt Angle finally showed up and said he didn’t know Desmond Wolfe’s name before, but he knows it now. Angle said Wolfe has been there a week but has already overstayed his welcome in TNA. Angle talked about the young guys in the back willing to sweat for the business – A.J. Styles, Hernandez, and Matt Morgan. Angle said those guys earned his respect, and Wolfe has earned nothing. Angle said Wolfe has messed with the wrong guy – because he won’t make a name for himself at his expense. Angle said tonight they would do things differently, Angle vs. Wolfe one-on-one in the ring in a Street Fight. Angle said if Wolfe wanted center stage, he’d get it – but he was going to beat his ass like it’s never been beaten before!

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & A.J. Styles + Samoa Joe: A.J. Styles looked at footage from last week when he was attacked from behind in a dark corner of the parking lot. Styles said he didn’t know who it was. Samoa Joe showed up and said he wouldn’t attack Styles from behind, and suggested Christopher Daniels was the one who attacked Styles. Joe claimed that Daniels was jealous that Styles shot to the top of TNA. Joe said Daniels wants his spot. Joe reminded Styles that Daniels was the first man out there to congratulate Style when he won the TNA World title – and added that he was the ONLY one. Joe said sometimes A.J. is so angry at him maybe he can’t see his own friend stabbing him in the back!

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT: Awesome Kong throwing a fit backstage because she now long has her handler (Raisha Saed) to control her..

TNA KNOCKOUT MATCH
Tara defeated Alissa Flash: After the match, Awesome Kong came to the ring and took out Tara with a boot to the face! Kong then gave Tara an Implant-buster on top of Alissa Flash!! Trivia note: Alissa Flash formerly played the part of Raisha Saed, Kong’s handler..

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon) + “War Machine” Rhino: Rhino approached Team 3-D, and said he thought they finally saw the whole picture. Rhino said Hernandez wanted to take him out and take his spot because that is what TNA management wants. Rhino said this week he’s booked against Matt Morgan and that was a little too convenient. Brother Ray said it was all a conspiracy theory by Rhino. Ray said they didn’t save Rhino last week, they saved Hernandez from himself – because he was the future of TNA. Rhino said Team 3-D stopped Hernandez because they know he is right. Brother Devon said they don’t need any help against the Machine Guns tonight. Rhino told Team 3-D to watch their backs because they’re all in on it!

TAG TEAM MATCH
The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) defeated Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon): Midway through the match, Chris Sabin took a stiff Uranage from Brother Ray and landed badly on the back of his head! The match continued, despite better judgement, and Alex Shelley managed to finish off Team 3-D himself to keep with the script. Shelley won by submission, but Devon clearly did not submit or tap out. They called it controversy!

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & Scott Steiner: Lauren talked about Bobby Lashley demanding that Scott Steiner apologize to his wife for embarrassing her last week. Steiner sarcastically apologized for Lashley’s wife not knowing what it’s like to be with a real man. Steiner said Lashley’s wife, Kristal, wants to be his number one freak. Steiner said since Lashley cost him a match last week, he will be watching Lashley’s match. Steiner said he had a big surprise for Lashley TONIGHT..

HERMIE’S HOTSEAT
Hermie Sadler with Amazing Red & Don West: Amazing Red said he needed someone to take care of him outside of the ring, and Don West was perfect for that. Don West said Amazing Red was someone kids could look up to and someone parents can be proud of..

TNA LEGENDS TITLE MATCH
Bobby Lashley defeated TNA Legend’s champion Eric Young by DQ: Moments into the match, Scott Steiner showed up and knocked Bobby Lashley down at ringside! Steiner was wearing a shirt with Kristal’s face on it (could this be Jake Roberts’ influence?) and he began to harass Kristal in the front row. Kristal attempted to slap Steiner, but he blocked it. Lashley came to the rescue and knocked Steiner down from behind. Lashley got Eric Young back in the ring and was about to win when Steiner jumped in and smashed him with a chair for the DQ! Steiner then put Lashley in the Steiner-recliner. Not sure why Eric Young and Scott Steiner are co-existing right now – I thought they hated each other?!

IN THE RING
World Elite (Eric Young & Homicide & Sheik Abdul Bashir & Koyoshi & Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams & Rob Terry) + Kevin Nash + Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm): The World Elite have new matching ring gear, so you can bet they will be a faction in TNA for at least the next year. Brutus Magnus said the British Magnus have been suspended without pay until Turning Point. Magnus said last week’s cage match was Beer Money’s last shot at the titles, so they had to make sure they left with the titles. Magnus said TNA could call it a suspension, but they prefer to call it a vacation. Eric Young said he just handed Bobby Lashley his first defeat – but it was actually ruled a No Contest. Young then announced that the Legend’s title was dead, but from now on it will be called the TNA Global championship! Eric Young said he would never defend the belt on American soil, and never against an American wrestler – because the people don’t deserve to have him as their champion. Kevin Nash came out to the stage (the ring was too far to walk) with a steel chair looking for his $60,000, saying Eric Young didn’t hold up his end of the bargain. Nash asked if this was the way Young does business. Young said Nash has been doing this for years, and he respects that. Young said he learned from the best, and both of them knew one would screw the other. Young invited Nash to the ring to talk face to face. Suddenly Beer Money showed up from the other side and smashed Bashir, Kiyoshi, and the British guys with chairs and stop signs while Young & Homicide retreated backstage.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
A.J. Styles & Christopher Daniels: Christopher Daniels was upset that A.J. Styles could possibly believe what Samoa Joe told him earlier. Daniels left the room to “go settle this with Joe.”

SIX-KNOCKOUT TAG TEAM MATCH
The Beautiful People (Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne & Lacey Von Erich) defeated ODB & Christy Hemme & Ayako HAMADA: Taz noticed that the back of Velvet Sky’s tights read “SHY,” but Mike Tenay corrected him and said it actually said “SKY.” Good job, Taz! Lacey Von Erich came in at the end and hit a terribly embarrassing Claw/Choke-slam on Christy Hemme for the win. Seriously, Lacey is the most ridiculous wrestler in the history of wrestling. After the match, Tara and Awesome Kong showed up and brawled around ringside before getting separated by TNA security..

NO-DQ GRUDGE MATCH
“The Monster” Abyss defeated Dr. Stevie: Dr. Stevie challenged “The Monster” Abyss to come out and face the monster “in me!” — After Abyss won the match, Dr. Stevie snapped and choked Abyss with a singapore cane! Mick Foley came down and Dr. Stevie handed him the cane. Foley wound up and swerved everybody by whacking Dr. Stevie instead of Abyss! Dr. Stevie was caught by surprise, and Abyss was shocked!

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Mick Foley: Jeremy Borash asked Mick Foley what was going on between him and Abyss. Foley responded “no comment” but Borash pryed deeper. Foley did a weird coughing noice while doing the claw hand sign.

SINGLES MATCH
“The Blueprint” Matt Morgan defeated “War Machine” Rhino: After the match, Rhino attacked Matt Morgan from behind. Rhino hit a belly-to-belly suplex and then GORed Morgan down to the mat! Rhino set up for a second GORe but Hernandez hit the ring to make the save!

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Samoa Joe & Christopher Daniels: Samoa Joe said he was trying to show A.J. Styles what was right in front of his face. Daniels claimed he would never attack Styles. The two exchanged words and Joe told Daniels that his best friend (Styles) doesn’t even think he (Daniels) is in his league. Joe walked away and Daniels got pissed. Mission accomplished.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Don West & Homicide: Don West was doing his hard sell for several TNA live events when he was harassed by Homicide, who demanded that he get a shot at Amazing Red’s X-Division title at Turning Point. Homicide intimidated West until he agreed to the match, but Homicide took West’s drivers license and all of his money as insurance..

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Kurt Angle: Kurt Angle said 9/10 times when you take a short cut, you end up at a dead end. Borash suggested Desmond Wolfe was brought to TNA by somebody who didn’t want Angle around.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT: Lauren Brooke found TNA medics tending to an unconcious TNA World champion A.J. Styles, who was bleeding from the back of his head.. After the commercial, A.J. Styles was taken to hospital in an ambulance..

STREET FIGHT MATCH
Kurt Angle vs. Desmond Wolfe ended in a No Contest: Late in the fight, Desmond Wolfe took down Kurt Angle with a devastating Lariat! The referee tried to intervene, because Angle was motionless, but Wolfe pushed the referee aside. Wolfe leaned over Angle’s unconcious body and threatened to end Angle’s career! After the commercial, Kurt Angle was taken off on a stretcher with his neck in a brace..
