TNA Bound For Glory

TAG TEAM DARK MATCH
The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley) defeated Lethal Consequences (Jay Lethal & Consequences Creed): The last minute stipulation was that the winners would be entered into the Ultimate-X match.

ULTIMATE-X(17) FOR THE TNA X-DIVISION TITLE
Amazing Red defeated Christopher Daniels and SUICIDE and Homicide and Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley to retain the TNA X-Division title: Pope D’Angelo Dinero was a no-show due to a family emergency. Christopher Daniels and SUICIDE performed a crazy stunt and took a scary bump off the X structure!

TNA KNOCKOUTS TAG TEAM MATCH
Taylor Wilde & Sarita defeated The Beautiful People (Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne w/Lacey Von Erich) to retain the TNA Knockouts Tag Team titles: Lacey Von Erich tried to distract referee Earl Hebner by giving him a kiss, but he was surprisingly unphased and banned her from ringside!

TNA LEGENDS TITLE TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Eric Young defeated Kevin Nash (c) and Hernandez to win the TNA Legend’s title: Kevin Nash and Eric Young worked together for most of the match, just like they planned. Nash went to finish off Hernandez with the Jacknife power-bomb, but Young turned on Nash and whacked him on his previously injured crotch before pinning him for the title!

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT: The British Invasion convinced Beer Money Inc. and Booker T & Scott Steiner to work together against Team 3-D because they have so much experience in this type of match.

IWGP TAG TEAM TITLE – FULL METAL MAYHEM 4-WAY (1st Fall)
Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon) defeated champions The British Invasion (Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams w/Rob Terry) and The Main Event Mafia (Scott Steiner & Booker T w/Sharmell) and Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm) to win the IWGP Tag Team titles: Full Metal Mayhem is TNA’s version of the TLC match, so tables, ladders, and chairs were legal for everyone.. The first fall was for the British Invasion’s IWGP Tag team titles..

TNA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE – FULL METAL MAYHEM 4-WAY (2nd Fall)
The British Invasion (Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams w/Rob Terry) defeated champions The Main Event Mafia (Scott Steiner & Booker T w/Sharmell) and Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon) and Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm) to win the TNA World Tag Team titles: The second fall was for The Main Event Mafia’s TNA World Tag Team titles. Booker T was stretched out early and basically written out of storylines. I wouldn’t expect him and Sharmell back on TNA television any time soon. Rob Terry interfered by grabbing Robert Roode off the ladder and tossing him over the top rope through a table!

TNA KNOCKOUTS TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
ODB defeated Tara and Awesome Kong w/Raisha Saed to retain the TNA Knockout title: Raisha Saed kept throwing in a steel chair, but Awesome Kong didn’t want it and repeatedly refused it before arguing with Saed about it. Finally Saed slid the chair in for Kong to go for an Awesome-bomb, except ODB reversed it and planted Kong with a Face-buster on the chair for the win!

MMA SUBMISSIONS ONLY MATCH
Bobby Lashley defeated Samoa Joe with the Anaconda Vice: The crowd mostly cheered for Joe because he is from Southern California, and booed Bobby Lashley. They showed former WWE Diva Kristal Marshall in the audience, because she is Lashley’s wife. Lashley put Joe in the Anaconda Vice for the win, but Joe did not tap out and referee Earl Hebner stopped the match..

MONSTERS BALL GRUDGE MATCH
Abyss defeated Mick Foley: Dr. Stevie was the special guest referee for the match, and obviously favoured Mick Foley. Abyss took a bump off the entrance tunnel and crashing through the stage! Abyss finally had enough of Dr. Stevie and gave him the Shock Treatment (Torture Rack)! Daffney passed a taser in to Foley, and he whacked Abyss with it. Foley made the cover and got a three-count, but that was not the planned finish so they ignored it and continued the match. Abyss choke-slammed Daffney off the top rope onto a barbed wire board! Abyss Black-hole-slammed Dr. Stevie on top of a pile of thumb tacks! Abyss Black Hole Slammed Foley on top of a barbed wire board!! Abyss covered Foley and lifted Dr. Stevie’s unconcious hand three times to make the count and win the match!

SUPER GRUDGE MATCH
Kurt Angle defeated Matt Morgan: Matt Morgan was working his butt off, but the crowd was solidly behind the heel Kurt Angle. Really cool match, and Angle shook hands with Morgan after the match – this caused the fans to cheer Morgan.

TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
A.J. Styles defeated Sting to retain the TNA World Heavyweight title: The finish saw Styles hit Sting with a Pele-kick and Springboard-splash for the win! Sting quickly left the ring after the match, surrendering the spotlight to the champion, Styles. A.J. called Sting back to the ring and told him the spotlight was for him. Sting thanked the fans, and praised A.J. Styles. The crowd chanted “Sting! Sting!,” “please don’t go!,” “one more year!,” and “you still got it!” Sting said he doesn’t know if he’ll come back, but the reaction he got makes him want to stay FOREVER!
