TNA X-DIVISION TITLE SEMI-FINAL TOURNAMENT MATCH
Alex Shelley w/Chris Sabin defeated Eric Young: After the match, Sheik Abdul Bashir walked down to the ring to confront referee Shane Sewell.

IN THE RING
Sheik Abdul Bashir & Shane Sewell + Earl Hebner & Jim Cornette: The Sheik slapped Sewell and tried to get him to fight back and lose his job. The Sheik attacked Sewell, who wouldn’t fight back at first. Eventually, Sewell ripped off his referees shirt and took the fight to the Sheik. Sewell pounded on the Sheik, even though Jim Cornette had warmed him that one more outburst would lead to his termination. Earl Hebner ran down to subdue Shane Sewell as Cornette ordered the Sheik to get to the back. Cornette scolded Sewell for being unprofessional and beating up the wrestlers. Cornette said he warned Sewell and made good on his threats and FIRED Sewell on the spot. Cornette address the Sheik, saying he used Cornette to get Sewell fired. Cornette said Sewell would be fired for only three days, at which point he’ll be back on the roster as a wrestler! Cornette said Sewell’s first match would be with Sheik Abdul Bashir at Genesis!

IN THE RING
The Main Event Mafia (Kurt Angle & Scott Steiner & Kevin Nash & Sting & Booker T & Sharmell): Kurt Angle said in three days there will be a total shift in power in TNA. Angle said the founder (Jeff Jarrett) and executive stockholder (Mick Foley) will be taken out on the same night. Angle said their vision will become reality at Genesis. Angle said he doesn’t know why Jarrett would put his friend BG James in the ring with him tonight while he’s in the state of mind he is in. Angle warned Jarrett that his whole world as he knows it will come to an end. Sting cut a promo on Rhino, saying he never had a problem with Rhino until he sided with “them.” Sting said there was a big war going on, and it could end at Genesis. Sting said it will be SHOWTIME! Kevin Nash said he didn’t think the war would be over at Genesis. Nash struggled with his lines and screwed up his script (I think). Nash talked about the Mafia taking out Petey, Brother Ray, and Joe. Nash suggested they take out Jeff tonight. Steiner screamed about Mick Foley hitting them first, and said he (Foley) is no longer untouchable! Booker T said they were coming for Foley & Jarrett, and tonight their punk ass belongs to the Mafia! Now can you dig that?

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Jeff Jarrett & Mick Foley + A.J. Styles & Brother Devon: Jeff Jarrett was asked how he was going to survive, but A.J. Styles & Brother Devon interrupted before he could respond. Devon brought a red flannel shirt and gave it to Mick Foley, who proclaimed “TESTIFY!” A.J. Styles told Jeff Jarrett that they had his back tonight..

VIGNETTE
Lauren Brooke & The FAKE Sarah Palin & The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky): Is this the storyline that won’t die, or what? The fake Sarah Palin took the Beautiful People to a petting zoo or something like that for some charity work. Sarah Palin wanted Angelina & Velvet to shoved horse dung for charity – what?

NON (TNA KNOCKOUTS) TITLE MATCH
Awesome Kong (w/Raisha Saed & Rhaka Khan) defeated Madison Rayne : Awesome Kong wanted to the ring staring at an 8X10 photo of Christy Hemme (they did that same gimmick with Gail Kim 2 years ago). Madison Rayne was SHIMMER bombshell Ashley Lane from the Dayton, Ohio area.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & Abyss: How did Lauren get from the petting zoo back to the iMPACT Zone that fast? Lauren talked about Abyss’ title match against Beer Money at Genesis. Abyss said Matt Morgan was mad at him right now, but he can make things right at Genesis by winning the TNA World Tag Team titles.. Abyss vowed to return back to his “old ways” in order to get the job done.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & LAX (Homicide & Hernandez): Homcide & Hernandez were still happy about winning title shots out of the Feast or Fired match. Lauren said the rumor is that this would be the end of LAX, and Homicide squashed the rumors and said they would be together forever. That means they will be splitting up soon.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin): Jeremy Borash asked the Guns if the X-Division title would come between them. Sabin & Shelley said they were prepared for this weeks ago and continued to be confident that their bond was unbreakable. Alex Shelley took shots at Mick Foley, and Foley stepped in and said he can’t afford to wonder if Sabin and Shelley will stink of the PPV. Foley said they had the potential to steal the show at Genesis. Foley warned Sabin & Shelley not to mess up or else they would be out of TNA.

SINGLES MATCH
Matt Morgan w/Abyss defeated Robert Roode (w/James Storm & Jackie Moore): Matt Morgan flung Robert Roode out of the ring and Roode landed bad and looked like he blew out his knee. The trainer ran down to check on Roode, who was counted out and Matt Morgan was declared the winner! Abyss jumped in the ring and congratulated Matt Morgan.

TNA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
Jay Lethal & Consequences Creed defeated Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm w/Jackie Moore) to win the TNA World Tag Team titles: Following the previous match, “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal & Consequences Creed came down with their Feast or Fired briefcase and said that they were cashing in their title shot right now! James Storm stepped into the ring in his cowboy boots jeans while Roode nursed his injured leg on the floor with Jackie Moore. Matt Morgan & Abyss stayed on the stage to watch, and to see how this would effect their match at Genesis. Jay Lethal used the briefcase to knock out James Storm and score the pinfall and win the TNA World Tag Team titles!

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lauren Brooke & TNA Frontline: Jay Lethal & Consequences Creed celebrated with their friends in the TNA Frontline after bringing some gold into the group. Jay Lethal compared himself and Creed to Rocky Johnson & Tony Atlas! Creed said his first title in TNA couldn’t come at a better time. Creed put over his stablemates and said from now on the Consequences are Lethal! Brother Devon said he, Rhino, and A.J. know what is at stake tonight – but they will let Jay & Creed enjoy their moment.

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Jeremy Borash & Jeff Jarrett & BG James: BG James started to cry while talking about the things Kurt Angle has said about Jeff Jarrett’s daughters. BG James said it’s just something he has to do and hugged Jarrett before going to the ring to fight Kurt Angle!

VIGNETTE
Lauren Brooke & The FAKE Sarah Palin & The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky): Cameras went back to the Horse Farm where Angelina Love & Velvet Sky were shoving horse dung. The Fake Sarah Palin said she was proud of the Beautiful People and said what they did for Greenpeace today will be recognized by the entire world. Velvet said they won’t be forgetting this for a long time. Angelina complained about the clothes Palin made them wear. Palin promised to sign the official documents to make the Beautiful People members of her cabinit next week and then they can go to the White House. Newsflash, she LOST the election!

NO-DISQUALIFICATION MATCH
Kurt Angle defeated BG James by Submission: BG James sneak-attacked Kurt Angle during his entrance trying to get revenge for Jeff Jarrett. BG James put in a great effort, but eventually submitted to the Anklelock/Leg-scissor submission hold. The rest of the Main Event Mafia came to the ring and Scott Steiner tossed a steel chair into the ring to Kurt Angle, who chased Earl Hebner out of the ring. Angle punched BG James in the head before wrapping his ankle in a folding chair and viciously stomping on it! Jeff Jarrett ran down and the Mafia retreated. Mick Foley also hit the ring in support of Jeff Jarrett as trainers and security stretchered BG James out of the ring.

IN THE RING
Jeff Jarrett & Mick Foley: Jeff Jarrett sat on a chair in the ring, surrounded by Mick Foley, Brother Devon, A.J. Styles, and Rhino. Jarrett said that his issue with Kurt Angle had nothing to do with Brian (BG James). Jarrett said he prided himself on setting an example of doing things the right way every time. Jarrett said that was character. Jarrett said this Sunday all he can thing about is beating the sh*t out of Kurt Angle! Jarrett stood up and yelled into the camera. “Kurt! I’m talking to you, you son of a b*tch!” Mick Foley stopped Jarrett and took the microphone away from him. Foley said there was a lot of emotion in the ring right now. Foley said BG James sacrificed himself for the wellbeing of his friend. Foley said he couldn’t help but feel a little bit of shame, because two weeks ago he stood in the ring and proclaimed that he would “cross the line” at Genesis. Foley said he looked up and saw his face in HD on the screen, and thought he wasn’t looking very good. Foley started to get fired up, talking about his injuries representing who he is – the hardcore legend! Foley said at Genesis the Hardcore Legend is coming home. Foley said he can’t do it alone so he will draw strength from Brother Devon and from A.J. Styles. Foley said he may not be as good as he once was, but for one night he will be as good as he ever was!
