VIDEO PACKAGE: Replay of the end of last week’s Steel Cage match between Jerry Lawler and CM Punk.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
CM PUNK + JERRY LAWLER: The show started off with Punk and Lawler brawling backstage with the officials trying to break it up. Punk ended up laying out Lawler before finally being dragged away.
IN RING SEGMENT
SHEAMUS + CM PUNK + AJ LEE: Justin Roberts introduced Sheamus, and out came the World Heavyweight Champion. Sheamus said that whenever he comes to Chicago the party never ends, but the party would be ending for Alberto Del Rio. Before he could continue any further CM Punk’s music hit and out came the WWE Champion to the stage. He said that Sheamus should try to come out and talk to his hometown, they cannot relate to him, unlike Punk who is from here. He said that what they saw earlier was him beating up Jerry Lawler, but what the cameras didn’t catch was that Lawler attacked him from behind to begin everything and he gave it to him Chicago style, and he finally got what was coming to him because for weeks he sat at ringside and disrespect him. Last week he was trying to teach Lawler a lesson, when then a white knight came down in John Cena to make the save. Punk then said that if Cena came down to help Lawler that means he agrees with Lawler, and if he agrees with him that means he disrespects him, and so it is John Cena who has in fact turned his back on the WWE Universe, before he can continue Sheamus stopped him. Sheamus said you want to talk about disrespect, and say that you are the best in the world, he is the World Heavyweight Champion, and Punk interrupted him, which is just like when the Rock interrupted you. Sheamus then said that Rock had the guts to get in the ring whereas Punk is all the way up on the stage, and then asked Punk to come down to the ring. Punk said that he already beat up one goon tonight and that by being World Heavyweight Champion, that makes him the second best in the world, so he can shut his mouth. AJ Lee then came out onto the stage with Punk and said no disrespect to either Punk or Sheamus but she has some announcements one being Alberto Del Rio and John Cena will go one on one, and also there will be a Champion vs. Champion match, CM Punk versus Sheamus. AJ’s music hit and then she skipped down around the ring and then back up the ramp and backstage.
SINGLES MATCH
Dolph Ziggler defeated Randy Orton via pin fall: Ziggler won with a Roll-up Pin. After the match, The Miz joined Michael Cole at ringside to do commentary.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT – VIDEO
KANE + DANIEL BRYAN: Michael Cole introduced another installment of Anger Management Class. The doctor asked for Daniel Bryan to share the homework assignment, which was an anger collage Daniel, had a paper that had NO and YES written on it. Then Kane shows his, which was blank. Then Kane went to the trashcan and put the paper in and then did his pyro entrance with the can. The doctor then smiled and Daniel called Kane a teacher’s pet.
TAG TEAM MATCH
Sin Cara & Rey Mysterio defeated Tensai & Cody Rhodes via pin fall: Sin Cara won with a Swanton Bomb on Rhodes.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT – VIDEO
KANE + DANIEL BRYAN: Another video shows Kane and Daniel take part in a circle of trust. The two begrudgingly take part as the doctor tells Daniel to turn around and fall back and have Kane catch him. Daniel said he trusts Kane and falls back and Kane catches him. The Doctor is impressed and said that he wants Kane and Bryan to catch Harold. Harold goes to fall back and Bryan and Kane let him fall to the ground. Bryan then asked Kane if he knew he wasn’t going to catch him, and Kane then asked Bryan if he knew he wasn’t going to catch him. The two then smile and Bryan said that he thinks he final understands Kane. The doctor then said that he thinks Harold needs medical attention.
IN RING SEGMENT
SHEAMUS+ CM PUNK + AJ LEE + MATT STRIKER: Sheamus came out for his match with Punk and then CM Punk came out in street clothes and got into the ring. CM Punk got on the microphone and said that Sheamus doesn’t know this city as they respect Punk and his decisions and that they understand that Punk is a main event wrestler, and that you don’t parade the WWE Champion out at the eight o’clock hour just because he is from the town. He went on to say that a lot of them are taking the day off because of it being Labor Day and just like them he is taking the day off. Punk then left the ring and walked backstage. Sheamus then said that Punk just disrespected everyone here because they wanted to see this match. The camera then caught up with Punk backstage and AJ Lee ran up to him and asked him what he was doing he had a match. Punk said for her to look at his contract as he has personal days and this is one of them. Punk then got into a car and drove off. Matt Striker then walked up to AJ and asked her what she was going to do about the match. She asked him who he was then said never mind just go to the ring and tell Sheamus to stay there, as she will find him a new opponent.
SINGLES MATCH – NON TITLE
Sheamus© defeated Jack Swagger via submission: Sheamus won with the Texas Cloverleaf. Alberto Del Rio joined Cole and Miz on commentary for the match. After the match Del Rio rushed the ring and assaulted Sheamus who eventually got the upper hand and hit Del Rio with the White Noise and a Brogue Kick to Ricardo Rodriguez.
DIVAS MATCH
Eve Torres defeated Kaitlyn via pin fall: Eve won with a Neckbreaker. Layla El was on commentary for the match. Afterwards Eve shook hands with both Kaitlyn and Layla.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
JACK SWAGGER + AJ LEE: Jack Swagger was walking backstage and AJ Lee ran up to him and asked where he was going. Swagger said that he was leaving and needed to take sometime off because he is better than this. AJ said that he couldn’t leave as everyone is leaving her, Brock Lesnar, Chris Jericho, CM Punk earlier. Swagger said sorry and then left leaving her flustered.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT – VIDEO
KANE + DANIEL BRYAN: The Doctor was congratulating everyone for completing anger management but wanted to say that he was especially proud of Daniel Bryan and Kane. He then asked if Bryan had anything to say. Bryan said that he realizes he had anger but now he would gladly give Kane a re-match from SummerSlam anytime he would like. Kane thanked him and said that he would take him up on it sometime and would do his best to not eviscerate him. This led to the two arguing and then Kane went to give Bryan a Chokeslam, the Doctor then screamed at them saying the two have learned nothing and then stormed out of the room, leaving them puzzled.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
MATT STRIKER + ALBERTO DEL RIO + DAVID OTUNGA: Matt Striker asked Alberto to give an update on Ricardo’s condition. Del Rio was very distraught and then David Otunga came out of the locker room and said his client has no comment at this time, and then brought Del Rio into the locker room.

Ryback defeated Jinder Mahal via pin fall: Ryback won with Shell Shocked.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
MATT STRIKER + AJ LEE: Matt Striker knocked on AJ’s door and she came out. Striker said that she might not know who he is but she has to admit that things are falling apart around her and then asked her what she was going to do about it? AJ told Striker to inform John Cena and Alberto Del Rio their match tonight is Falls Count Anywhere. Striker stands there for a moment and she then yelled at him to go, and he then went off to notify them.
IN RING SEGMENT
DANIEL BRYAN + KANE: Daniel Bryan and Kane came down to the ring to see the results of the night’s RAW active, which was a) the two compete in singles competition b) the two tag team together and c) hug it out. The results came up to “hug it out”. The two are against it and Daniel chants NO! After a few moments they go for a hug but instead chest bump. The referee in the ring said that didn’t count and they chest bumped again. Finally Daniel went in for a hug but Kane did not hug back, which upset Bryan. Finally Kane went in for the hug but Daniel did not hug back. The two then stand there for a moment before the two hug it out, and then to top it off they shake hands. Then Bryan playfully hits Kane’s shoulder and Kane hits his back a little harder. Bryan shrugged it off and then hit him harder, and Kane retaliated. Bryan then pushed Kane, and Kane pushed back. Bryan then acted like he was calming down but then hit him. The two then begin to brawl in the ring, and then outside of it as well. Kane took a chair into the ring and then brought Bryan back into it as well. Kane hit Bryan with a Chokeslam and then put Bryan’s head into the chair and as he went up on the top rope the officials came in to intervene. Bryan then took the chair and hit Kane with it knocking him off the top turnbuckle. Bryan then hightailed it out of the ring and backstage.
UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Antonio Cesaro© defeated Santino Marella via pin fall: Cesaro won with the Neutralizer.
SINGLES MATCH
Zack Ryder defeated Heath Slater via pin fall: Ryder won with the Rough Ryder.
IN RING SEGMENT
VICKIE GUERRERO + AJ LEE: Right after the match Vickie Guerrero came out to the ring. She said that she has personal issues with AJ Lee and she is not leaving until the RAW General Manager comes out to her so she can speak her mind. Vickie has a chair brought into the ring and sits in the center of the ring waiting for AJ, and they go to commercial break. When they come back from commercial Vickie was still sitting in the ring. She then reminds everyone of why she is out there because of what AJ has done to Dolph and herself over the last two weeks. Vickie then said that AJ is losing control of this show and if AJ doesn’t want to come out here then she will talk to AJ, and began to talk to the chair she was sitting in. AJ Lee’s music hit and finally the GM came out to the ring. AJ said that she just got off the phone with the board of directors and she is not allowed to put her hands on a talent again and they want her to apologize, and so she is sorry. Vickie said that was touching and began to question what she was apologizing for. Vickie then demands to be apologized to right now. AJ doesn’t say anything for a moment before saying Vickie, I’m sorry. Vickie then said it was pathetic and wanted her to apologize and have it mean something. AJ then said Vickie I apologize. Vickie then slapped AJ across the face and laughed because AJ couldn’t touch her Vickie then hit AJ again, and laughed all the way out of the ring and up the ramp. AJ then threw the microphone and chair in the ring, and then she started to slam the chair into the mat and tossed it out onto the ramp as she screamed in the ring and then fell to the ground in the tantrum. AJ then began to sit there, and shake.
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH
Alberto Del Rio defeated John Cena via pin fall: Cena hit Del Rio with an AA but Punk then assaulted Cena and put Del Rio on top of Cena for him to pick up the win. After the match officially ended Punk continued to attack Cena by hitting Cena with a GTS onto a car and then said respect to the fallen Cena. Then Punk went back into his car, and Paul Heyman is revealed to be the driver as the show goes off the air.
