Natalya Neidhart & Victoria & Maryse Ouellet defeated Michelle McCool & Maria Kanellis & Cherry: SmackDown! was going head-to-head with the opening ceremonies of the 2008 Summer Olympics in China. Maryse was dressed as a Tennis player for Canada. Victoria was dressed as a gymnast for USA. Natalya represented equestrian (with no national affiliation). Michelle was dressed as a sexy volleyball player (they’re all sexy). Cherry was dressed as a boxer in pink and black. Maria was dressed for skiing (even though it’s the SUMMER Olympics). Natalya forced Maria to tap out with the famous Sharp-shooter.

La Familia: Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder found Bam Neely out cold laying next to a fork lift. Vickie Guerrero & Chavo showed up and they discovered a black rose laying next to Neely’s unconscious body.
NON (WWE TAG TEAM) TITLE MATCH
WWE Tag Team champions Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder defeated Jimmy Wang Yang & Shannon Moore: The “black rose” incident didn’t seem to effect either of the former Edgeheads in this match. Shannon Moore would be released from the WWE a few days after this match took place.
BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Eve Torres & Montel Vontavious Porter: MVP suggested himself vs. Jeff Hardy at SummerSlam. Eve Torres pointed out that MVP cost Jeff Hardy the match against Edge on Saturday Night’s Main Event. MVP brought up the fact that Jeff hardy attacked him after HIS match earlier on the SNME show.
NON (UNITED STATES) TITLE MATCH
Jeff Hardy defeated WWE United States champion Shelton Benjamin by DQ: Jeff Hardy was in the process of finishing Shelton Benjamin, after landing a Swanton-bomb on the champion! Then Montel Vontavious Porter snuck into the ring and kicked Jeff Hardy straight in the head to cause the DQ.

Vickie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero + Curt Hawkins: Curt Hawkins burst into Vickie’s office and said he can’t find Zack (Ryder) anywhere. Vickie suggested the parking lot, and Curt went to search for his partner in the parking lot.
INDIAN ARM-WRESTLING CONTEST
WWE champion Triple H vs. The Great Khali ended in a No Contest: The crazy part of an Indian Arm Wrestling match is that your hand goes down into a pile of broken glass. Sounds like something TNA would do. Before the Arm-wrestling, Khali and Triple H cut promos on each other hyping their match at SummerSlam. The contest ended without a winner after Khali sensed that he was losing and head-butted Triple H! Khali attacked HHH for a minute, before HHH fought back and set up for the Pedigree but could not execute the move on the giant. Khali rebounded and squashed HHH’s head with the Khali-vice until he was unconscious.

Curt Hawkins: Cameras found Curt Hawkins knocked out cold on the floor with a black rose placed on his chest.

R-Truth: More on the life of R-Truth, playing basketball with some youth. R-Truth said, “in order to play the game, you gotta be in the game – and that’s the truth!”

Vickie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero: Chavo Guerrero said the whole family has been taken out, adding that they found three black roses next to Neely, Ryder, and Hawkins. Vickie said that she was scared. Chavo said there was only one person who can help them – and that person is Edge! Vickie didn’t want to ask for his help, but Chavo said he would do the talking. Vickie told Chavo to be careful.
SQUASH MATCH
Vladimir Kozlov defeated Jesse: When the bell rang, Festus snapped and wanted a piece of Vladimir Kozlov, but Jesse held him back because he was not involved in the match. After Kozlov ate Jesse alive, the bell rang and Festus went QUIET again but that didn’t stop Kozlov from checking Festus out before leaving.

Vickie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero: Chavo said he talked to Edge and he agreed to come see Vickie. Chavo said that Vickie has to be cival, because this wasn’t about their marriage it was about survival. Chavo begged Vickie to be nice to Edge.
SINGLES MATCH
“THE” Brian Kendrick w/Ezekiel Jackson defeated Super Crazy: These two could have had a very memorable match if they were allowed to wrestle a real Cruiserweight-style match. After the match, Ezekiel broke Super Crazy in half with a brutal Torture Rack.

Vickie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero + Edge: Edge entered the office and sat down with Vickie to talk about what was going on with the black roses. Edge said they will get past this, and said they can’t let the Undertaker do to them what he did to Bam, Hawkins & Ryder. Edge said they have to do it his way, Chavo agreed, and Vickie hesitated before agreeing to do it Edge’s way.
IN THE RING
Edge & Vickie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero: Chavo Guerrero helped the wheel-chair bound Vickie Guerrero in the ring, while Edge grabbed a couple of chairs for he and Chavo to defend theirselves. Edge yelled on the microphone and begged the Undertaker to show his face and demanded that the lights go out and the Undertaker strike him down right now! Chavo put Vickie in the corner, and joined Edge in waiting for the Undertaker to show his face. Edge turned on Chavo and whacked him on the back with the chair! Vickie screamed from the corner as she watched Edge deliver a conchairto to Chavo’s head! Edge wheeled Vickie into the middle of the ring and threatened to tip her out of the chair. Edge thought better of it, but then grabbed the chair and tipped Vickie out of it backwards! Edge crawled on his hands and knees over to Vickie and intimidated her. Edge asked if Vickie is finally realizing that the person she has to worry about IS NOT the Undertaker. Edge yelled at Vickie for putting him in a Hell in a Cell with the Undertaker. Edge said that Mick Foley was right; THIS IS THE EDGE that needs to step into the Cell with the Undertaker. Edge said he would take the Undertaker to hell with him, and he will take the entire Family with him, but more than everybody else he will take Vickie down to hell with him!! Vickie’s bad acting was over-the-top HORRIBLE tonight!
