DARK MATCH: Takeshi Morishima w/Tony Atlas defeated Jamie Noble..

KICKOFF (ON SCREEN)
General Manager Vickie Guerrero: Vickie Guerrero claimed that the Vickie Guerrero we have seen for the past few months was not the real Vickie Guerrero. Vickie blamed all of the evil things she has done over the past few months on Edge. Vickie said Edge was the real problem. Vickie said she was compassionate but fell victim to Edge’s love. Vickie said Edge forced her to fall in love only to betray their sacred trust. Vickie said she is now free to be herself and not be held back by Edge. Vickie said Edge put her through a living hell, but now Edge is residing there. Vickie then let out a joyous but somewhat evil laugh. Vickie asked the fans to give the Undertaker a standing ovation tonight. Vickie announced a Championship Scramble at Unforgiven and a series of qualifying matches will take place tonight. Vickie explained the rules of this complicated match which makes no sense.

DIVAS MATCH
Maria Kanellis defeated Natalya Neidhart by DQ: A few minutes into the match, Maryse Ouellet strutted to the ring and attacked Maria for the DQ. Divas champion Michelle McCool ran down to make the save and sent Natalya & Maryse packing.

Vickie Guerrero (with La Familia) & The Big Show: The Big Show greeted Vickie Guerrero and said he loved the Championship Sramble concept. Big Show wanted to know who he was facing in a qualifying match tonight, but Vickie had to tell Big Show that he was not going to be in the match – due to an oversight. Big Show said he understands and walked away like he was going to start crying.

10-MAN BATTLE ROYAL CHAMPIONSHIP SCRAMBLE QUALIFYING MATCH
“THE” Brian Kendrick won the Battle Royal: The Big Show came out and took a seat at ringside so he could keep a close watch on the match. Participants included; Ryan Braddock, Scotty Goldman, Vladimir Kozlov, Jimmy Wang Yang, Curt Hawkins, Zack Ryder, Super Crazy, Brian Kendrick, Armando Estrada, and Sho Funaki). A few minutes into the match, the Big Show jumped into the ring and eliminated EVERYBODY in about 60 seconds! The referees discussed the finish, and it was revealed that Brian Kendrick’s feet never touched the floor, so he was declared the winner and qualified for the Championship Scramble at Unforgiven! The reply showed that when Big Show tossed Kendrick out of the ring, Ezekiel Jackson caught him and pushed him back into the ring.

VIGNETTE
R-Truth (aka Ron Killings): R-Truth said the truth is about knowing who you are. You can try to pretend, and you can try to hide from it, but you will never change it. The truth is what you say when people aren’t listening, and what you do when people aren’t watching. It’s knowing the best parts of yourself, and the worst. At the same time still respecting who you are. The truth is about getting better every day, building a better future. I’ve been at the bottom, now I’m headed for the top. And that’s the truth. Great promo. R-Truth debuts next week on SmackDown!..

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Eve Torres & Montel Vontavious Porter:

CHAMPIONSHIP SCRAMBLE QUALIFYING MATCH
Montel Vontavious Porter defeated Festus w/Jesse by Countout: They were fighting on the floor, and MVP knocked Jesse out of his chair with the Drive-by kick! Festus checked on Jesse and MVP slid back into the ring to beat the count and win the match by countout. Festus slid into the ring and the bell ran to end the match, putting Festus into a catatonic state. MVP check Festus out and then drilled him in the face with a brutal Drive-by kick!

CHAMPIONSHIP SCRAMBLE QUALIFYING MATCH
Shelton Benjamin defeated Fit Finlay w/Hornswoggle: Shelton Benjamin came out before the match and said the World is calling U.S. Olympian swimmer Michael Phelps the new “Gold Standard.” Shelton said there is only one Gold Standard, and it’s Shelton Benjamin. After a very long match, Mike Knox came down to ringside and grabbed Hornswoggle, which proved to be a distraction for Fit Finlay. Shelton Benjamin capitolized and scored the victory over the Belfast bruiser. After the match, Mike Knox – who didn’t want any part of Finlay on ECW when it would have been a fair fight – entered the ring and pounded the fallen Finlay!

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Vickie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero & Bam Neeley: Chavo Guerrero said it would have been great if Vickie put him in the Championship Scramble. Chavo wondered why the Undertaker hadn’t shown up yet, and said maybe he is holding a grudge against Vickie. Chavo suggested maybe they owe him an explanation, and Vickie said yea, and apology.

CHAMPIONSHIP SCRAMBLE QUALIFYING MATCH
Jeff Hardy defeated The Great Khali: WWE champion Triple H joined Jim Ross & Tazz on commentary for the match. The finish saw Triple H whack the Great Khali with a steel chair and Jeff Hardy hit the Whisper in the Whind and followed it up with a Swanton-bomb for the 1-2-3 to qualify for the Championship Scramble at Unforgiven!

IN THE RING
WWE Champion Triple H + Kenny Dykstra: Triple recapped the night’s activities, saying that Montel Vontavious Porter, Shelton Benjamin, Brian Kendrick, and Jeff Hardy all qualified to face him (HHH) in a Championship Scramble at Unforgiven. Triple H said that almost gaurantees that the title might change hands, but told his four challengers that the fifth guy in the ring is a 12-time champion, always comes out on top, and is known as the GAME and the KING OF KINGS. Kenny Dykstra made a random interruption and snatched the microphone away from Triple H. Kenny protested that he was not even considered for the Championship Scramble. Kenny said he was sick and tired of not being taken seriously. Triple H kicked him and planted him with a Pedigree!

IN THE RING
Vickie Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero & Bam Neeley & Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins + The Undertaker: Vickie Guerrero said it takes a great woman to admit her mistakes and stand on her own two feet to do the right thing. Vickie said she was there to apologize to the Undertaker, and asked the fans to give the Undertaker a standing ovation. Vickie rose from her wheel-chair – yes they’re still doing that tired old gimmick – and introduced “our beloved” Undertaker! The Undertaker made a long entrance like he always does and Vickie asked him to accept her apology from the heart. Vickie got on her knees and begged the Undertaker to please accept her apology. The Undertaker grabbed the microphone and told Vickie, “look at me, woman! I didn’t come out here for an apology…. I come… for your soul!” La Familia surrounded the Undertaker, who quickly went on the offensive but was eventually overtaken by the four man pack of wild dogs (as Jim Ross put it). The Undertaker fought back and took care of all four members of Vickie’s Family! By the point, Vickie had retreated up the ramp and was watching nervously from the stage!
