    • Spike Dudley cannot compete so the tables match is changed into a handicap tables match (by Bischoff)..
    • Steve Austin steps in and announces that the tag team titles will be on the line in the tables match!
    • Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler took over the announce duties for the Unforgiven PPV, causing some tension..
    • MATCH: Maven defeated Stevie Richards w/Victoria..

  • ELIMINATION TABLES TAG TITLE HANDICAP MATCH: La Resistance/Rob Conway vs The Dudleyz..
    • The Dudleyz eliminated Rob Conway by throwing him over the top rope through a table!
    • The Dudleyz finished off Rene Dupree with a 3D through the table to become new World Tag Team champions!
    • This would be the Dudleyz 17th Tag Team title reign!

  • MATCH: Test w/Stacy Keibler vs Scott Steiner..
    • Stacy Keibler tried to hit Test with a chair and accidentally whacked Scott Steiner!
    • So now both Stacy Keibler AND Scott Steiner are property of Test (should make for classic TV)..

  • MATCH: Shawn Michaels vs Randy Orton w/Ric Flair (billed as Legend vs Legend Killer)..
    • Shawn Michaels connected with a superkick and scored a pinfall, but Ric flair put his foot on the rope!
    • Referee Earl Hebner saw this and restarted the match..
    • Ric Flair passed Randy Orton a forign object, then Shawn Michaels superkicked Ric Flair!
    • Shawn Michaels tried for a backsuplex, and Randy Orton whacked HBK's head with the forign object!
    • Randy Orton scored the pinfall to win the match (same finish as Savage/Santana in 86)..

  • BACKSTAGE: Chris Jericho & La Resistance..
    • Chris Jericho told La Resistance that their title loss was all Steve Austin's fault!

  • DIVAS TAG MATCH: Trish Stratus & Lita vs Molly Holly & Gail Kim..
    • Lita (bloodied lip and all) hit a moonsault on Molly Holly and pinned her for the victory!

  • LAST MAN STANDING: Kane vs Shane McMahon..
    • Shane McMahon missed a Senton Bomb off the Unforgiven tower (18-20 feet) and went through the stage!
    • Kane got up but Shane McMahon was down for the ten-count, giving Kane the victory!
    • The crowd chanted Shane McMahon's name as he was being stretchered out of the arena..

  • BACKSTAGE: Chris Jericho & Steve Austin..
    • Chris Jericho vows to make General Manager Stave Austin crack mentally..

  • INTERCONTINENTAL 3-WAY: Christian vs Chris Jericho vs Rob Van Dam..
    • Rob Van Dam hit a double frog splash but wouldn't win the match..
    • Christian retained after whacking Rob Van Dam with the IC title belt..

  • ANNOUNCEMENT: Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler..
    • They announced that Shane McMahon had been taken to the hospital with series injuries..

  • ANNOUNCERS BATTLE: Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler vs Jonathan Coachman & Al Snow..
    • Match took place with dead air - in other words no announcers (what a bad decision by WWE)..
    • Chris Jericho, in an attempt to screw Steve Austin, helped The Coach & Al Snow win the match!

  • ANNOUNCE TABLE: Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler..
    • JR & The King sit down at the announce position to call their last match ever (as if)..

  • WORLD TITLE VS RETIREMENT MATCH: Triple H vs Bill Goldberg..
    • Triple H used the sledgehammer but Bill Goldberg no-sold it..
    • Bill Goldberg hit the spear and the jackhammer to finally win the World Heavyweight title PROP..
