OPENING MATCH
“Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff vs. “Magnificent” Don Muraco w/Mr. Fuji ended in a Double Countout: Don Muraco cut a promo before the match saying Mr. Wonderful was the embarrassment of WrestleMania 1 and he will be the embarrassment of WrestleMania 2 as well!

WWF INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH
Randy “Macho Man” Savage w/Elizabth defeated George “The Animal” Steele to retain the WWF Intercontinental title: George Steele was at his best during this match, repeatedly digging the white stuffing out of corner pads. George was continuously distracted by the presence of the lovely Elizabeth at ringside. Randy Savage pinned George Steele with his feet up on the second ropes to retain the Intercontinental championship..

SINGLES MATCH
Jake “The Snake” Roberts defeated George Welles after a DDT: After the match, Jake Roberts allowed his huge snake to crawl all over the unconcious Welles..

BACKSTAGE INTERVIEW
Lou Duva (Trainer) & Rowdy Roddy Piper & “Cowboy” Bob Orton: Rowdy Roddy Piper said that if Mr. T knocked him out he will retire from professional wrestling! Roddy Piper said he would never shave his head like an Indian and paint himself black..

BOXING MATCH
Mr. T (w/Joe Frazier & Little Haiti) defeated Rowdy Roddy Piper w/”Cowboy” Bob Orton by DQ: Roddy Piper knocked Mr. T down to the mat during the second round of the contest. Piper took a shot at Mr. T moments after the second round ended. Mr. T fought back and knocked Piper down early in the third round! Mr. T knocked Piper down and out through the ropes to the floor with about a minute left. Piper started round 4 off by throwing his wooden stool accross the ring at Mr. T. Roddy Piper & Mr. T exchanged punches back and fourth until Piper got desperate and bodyslammed T! Mr. T was declared the winner of the contest as a result of a disqualification..

WWF WOMENS TITLE MATCH
The Fabulous Moolah defeated Velvet McIntyre to retain the WWF Women’s title:

FLAG MACH: Corporal Kirschner (USA) defeated Nikolai Volkoff (Russia) w/Fred Blassie: Fred Blassie tried to throw his cane in the ring, but Kirchner caught it and used it on Nikolai for the win!

Andre The Giant defeated 19 other wrestlers and NFL players: The guest time keeper was the woman from the “Where’s the Beef” commercials. The guest referees were football legends Dick Butkis & Too Tall Jones. And the guest broadcast announcer was Ernie Ladd, who joined Gorilla Monsoon in the booth.. Participants:

Big John Studd went into the match with a chip on his shoulder thinking NFL players shouldn’t be the wrestling ring. Studd eliminated big Refridgerator Perry, who requested to shake Studd’s hand. Perry double-crossed Studd and pulled him out of the ring by the hand to eliminate him! Andre the Giant eliminated Jim Neidhart, and then Bret Hart to win the Battle Royal!

    The British Bulldogs (Dynamite Kid & Davey Boy Smith w/”Captain” Lou Albano & Ozzy Osbourne) defeated The Dream Team (Greg Valentine & Brutus Beefcake w/Lucious Johnny V.) to win the WWF Tag Team titles!: The British Bulldogs had rock and roll legend Ozzy Osbourne in their corner as well as Captain Lou Albano. The finish saw Davey Boy Smith fling Greg Valentine into the corner where he knocked heads with Dynamite Kid! Dynamite fell to the floor and Valentine fell backwards and got pinned by Davey Boy!

    Terry & Hoss Funk (aka Dory Funk Jr.) w/Jimmy Hart defeated Tito Santana & The Junk Yard Dog: Jimmy Hart tossed his megaphone in the ring for Terry Funk, who whacked Junk Yard Dog behind the referees back..

    WWF HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE STEEL CAGE MATCH
    Hulk Hogan defeated King Kong Bundy w/Bobby “The Brain” Heenan to retain the WWF Heavyweight title: Hulk Hogan’s ribs were heavily taped from an assult that occured on Saturday Night’s Main Event. Early in the match, King Kong Bundy removed the protective tape from around Hogan’s mid-section. Hulk Hogan fought back and rammed Bundy’s head into the steel cage, busting him open! Hogan later tried to slam the massive Bundy but fell backwards. Bundy followed up with a huge Avalanche and then a Bundy-Splash! Hogan ‘hulked up’ and came back with an amazing scoop body slam and a leg drop in the middle of the ring! Hogan climbed the steel cage but Bundy grabbed his tights, only to have Hulk kick him back into the ring! Hogan climbed over the top of the cage and down to the floor to win the match! Hogan stalked Bobby Heenan outside the ring, and ended up inside the cage with the Brain! Hogan roughed up Bobby Heenan and flipped him head-over-heels into the steel cage. Special guest ring announcer, baseball legend Tommy Lasorta, announced Hulk Hogan the winner of the match – and still WWF World champion!
