Shannon: Survivor Series Predictions!

HeadLocker — Jay Shannon

My Survivor Series Predictions!

Our resident philosopher, Jay Shannon, takes a look at the Thanksgiving tradition, Survivor Series.

Survivor Series used to run on Thanksgiving night. It’s been shifted over to Sundays, as almost all PPVs are these days. The show is going to move back closer to it’s original format this Sunday. The two major titles are going to be on the line, but almost everyone else will be tossed into the chaotic 5-on-5 team battles. The other singles match is the gimmicky Casket Match between Undertaker and Big Show. This card isn’t going to be particularly easy to predict because of all the variables. I’ll give it my best shot.

The Katz Files – Arnie Katz

My Weekly RAW Notebook!

The Kingfish Arnie Katz presents his analysis and insights inspired by the 11/173 episode of RAW

Stephanie McMahon opened RAW, from Atlanta, GA, by taking questions from a ring full of RAW workers.

Randy Orton wanted to know why John Cena was getting a title shot. Stephanie attributed the decision to Shane, but added that Cena is worthy. Orton wasn’t happy, but he contented himself with asserting his right to the next title clash after Jericho-Cena.

HeadLocker — Jay Shannon

ECW (11/18) Extreme Examination!

Our resident philosopher, Jay Shannon, looks at all the action and adventure for this week’s Tuesday Night Delight, ECW.

ECW came from Atlanta, GA. Like RAW, thiss show was a lead-in to this Sunday’s Survivor Series. The best announce team in wrestling today, Todd Grisham and Matt Striker welcomed the home crowd to the show.

Miz and Morrison strolled to the ring. Morrison ditched his Road Kill jacket in favor of a John Travolta/Leisure Suit Larry white jacket with the number 52 on front. I have no clue if the number means something. Miz and Morrison were critical of JBL, their captain. They then turned their venom on MVP. Miz and Morrison ridiculed Kane’s movie career but left him pretty much alone out of fear. Miz and Morrison then pushed themselves.
