“The Last Laugh” by Bill De Mott, with Scott Teal
According to Bill De Mott, he was just a “fat kid from Jersey who had never been out of the country,” but his introduction to professional wrestling in 1988 has allowed him to travel all over the world.  Since then, he has been a professional wrestler, a color commentator on the “WWE Velocity” television show, the head trainer for Deep South Wrestling (WWE’s developmental territory), a trainer on three seasons of the television reality show, “Tough Enough,” and now the owner of his own wrestling school and promotion — New Energy Wrestling.  The stories of Bill’s life on the road are both hilarious and entertaining, and at other times, they are sad and insightful.  His life has been filled with more backstage drama than is found in all the afternoon soap operas combined, and he doesn’t pull any punches in the telling of his story.  A fascinating memoir from one of pro wrestling’s unique characters.

“HOOKER” by Lou Thesz, with Kit Bauman
This is a book for everyone with an interest in professional wrestling.  It contains pages and pages of new material — stories, anecdotes, and 215 classic photos — none of which has been published in any previous edition and all in the voice of one of the legendary figures of the game.  Every sentence has been thoroughly combed over and vetted in order to answer any questions previously asked by readers, or to correct and/or re-order the “facts” as Lou recalled them, and each chapter now has detailed endnotes to further supplement the text.  Combine all those ingredients with all-new, spellbinding forewords by Charlie Thesz and Kit Bauman (comprising 26 pages), an extensive 32-page “addendum” in Lou’s own words, and a comprehensive name-and-subject index, and you have the definitive tome devoted to wrestling’s golden era.

Superstars of Professional Wrestling – The American Wrestling Association
“Superstars of Professional Wrestling” is a series of all-new, full-color, original posters produced by Scott Teal through Crowbar Press.  Each poster features 63 photos of wrestlers who have appeared in the various wrestling territories.  The first features the AWA and the wrestlers included were chosen based on picks from wrestling historians and long-time fans who experienced wrestling in “the day.”
