After having been to and a little disappointed with WM20, I was impressed with this years edition.Creative booking between the shows, decent matches, a few guest shots, and TWO world title changes.(never thought we wouold see that on the same show) The low point was easy in my opinion. Was Trish/Christy necessary?Trish has worked hard and become a capable wrestler but ya shouldn't have to talk someone throught the WHOLE match and worse yet be heard doing it.(watch the match again) Find someone better for her or find another match. My biggest problem with this is the lack of "minor" titles being spotlighted. In this instance not so much about the holders of the titles but the titles themselves. No US Title on the big show and even worse neither tag title. The tag title is bothersome because it highlights the demise of tag team wrestling. Were have all of the great teams gone? Tag wrestlers used to make whole careers out of their craft. Now there is only a hodge-podge of single stars thrown together to create a tag division. There are some good teams today(The Bashams La Resistance The Dudleys) but you know they are not really going to last very long. The Dudleys are probably the one exception but for as good as they are they have probably hit a big wall in the WWE. Whats left for them as a team? TNA seems to do a better job in this respect but they are still sort of finding their way.If WWE is the self appointed guardian to all that wrestling is and was, then it is thier responsibility to assure the importance of the titles remain even if the talent of the teams isnt what it what was.

Good, decent, definitely not great, but the most important thing....NOT BAD! Eddie/Rey was very disappointing. They looked kind of sloppy together and not enough time given to 2 of the best workers in the company. Congratulations to the Undertaker for continuing his deadman gimmick so he doesn't have to job to anyone to help the business. Terribly booked match in which the crowd didn't care after Cena won because after the HBK/Angle match, the crowd was dead....why? Because the WWE doesn't know how to book a PPV anymore. HBk/Angle was alright, like I predicted, it wasn't going to be one of the all-time greats, it went almost 30 minutes, with way too many headlock spots and stalling at the beginning which fans of today don't want to see. The ladder match was way to short and there wasn't enough technical wrestling considering who was in the match...I felt something was missing. The main event was terrible...Batista can't wrestle and that belt will be back on HHH faster than we think. The crowd looked out of it by the end as well. I will give this PPV a C+ to a B-. The main events felt like good Raw and SD main events. Definitely NOT worth $50.

Well, I personally felt this year's installment was quite impressive overall. It had it's fair share of classics and memorable moments. Eddie vs Mysterio and Angle vs HBK were both excellent matches. The ladder match was also fantastic with an oustanding performance from Shelton. That kid will be a star one day. Orton vs Taker was also a good match. Although Taker botched the Last Ride horribly and I also would have preferred Orton to get the win, I think the match was definitely Mania standard. However, the show also had it's bad and distinctly forgettable moments. Trish vs Christy was one of the worst women's title matches I have seen. Christy was completely undeserving of this match and the crowd didn't really get into it. The sumo wrestling was a ridiculous filler. The intro lasted longer than the match, which was equally as tedious. As if seeing Big Show in sumo attire wasn't bad enough, they managed to put on a sumo match that was a painfully obvious work. The posing and staredowns in the middle were utterly ridiculous. Plus, the world title matches were poor. I was glad to see JBL finally drop the belt he never deserved but the way it happened was awful. As a contradiction to all of his defenses so far, he completely dominated Cena, save the last thirty seconds of the match. Bad booking there. Triple H vs Batista was marginally better but still not really Wrestlemania standard. It also wasn't really a good move to have both titles switch hands. WWE has got to try and avoid letting the shows run at a parrallel. I don't feel Batista is ready yet anyway; he hasn't developed enough character. As for the segments; well they were nothing special. It was nice to see Hogan I guess but I thought at least Eugene should have posed with him. As for Piper's Pit, well it started off excellent. Both guys were cutting one hell of a promo on each other, but then WWE had to go and bring in Carlito. Now I like Carlito, but there's a time and a place. When I pay to see Piper vs Austin, I'd rather see that than Austin and Piper vs Carlito. Overall, I feel Mania was good, but just needed a bit more. Maybe another hour plus two or three more matches.

I have to say this was one of the worst Wrestlemania's in recent times. The match between eddie and ray mysterio was rather terrible with ray constantly touchin his mask pretty much every second! The ladder match was very good but could of been longer, but Shelton Benjamin was amazing in it. Orton Taker was pretty good as well, but it needed Orton winning it really in order to further his career. Pretty much the only decent match worthy of Wrestlemania was Angle/Shawn. This was a quality match in which both guys actually knew how to wrestle! The world title matches though, well don't get me started. The crowd really didn't seem to care about either match. JBL/ Cena match was awful, though i really wasn't expecting much from it. Tripple and Bastita was ok, but i really wasn't expecting both titles to be swapped. Though if this is supposed to be the best PPV this year, then i wont be gettin another any time soon.

Wrestlemania 21 was just horrible. There's really no way around it. The writers have effectively destroyed the career of Eddie Guerrero with that loss to Rey. Trish/Christy and Show/Akebono shouldn't have even happened, Kurt/Shawn did NOT live up to the hype AT ALL, Piper's Pit was pointless, as was the Hogan/Hassan/Sped-boy thing, the writers made a mockery of the WWE Championship match (after THAT match, no one is going to support Cena ever again). After all that, I thought WM21 couldn't get any worse, until the World title match. EVERY MOVE of this match was more predictable than a Tom Clancy film, and proves that Batista doesn't have the star power to main event RAW, let alone Wrestlemania. The Ladder match and the Taker/Orton match were awesome, but they can't bring up the letter grade of this PPV. ----- OVERALL VALUE- D (and I think I am being quite generous).

Last year I was very impressed with Wrestlemania. What I liked this year better was the use of the hall of fame. It was a good class (with a bit too much emphasis on Hulk Hogan). There were not many superstars used when you think about it, since US title, Tag titles and Cruiserweight title were not on the line. Then again that helped keep things concise and to the point. I would agree that timing was set very bad. Angle and Michaels were too long. While JBL vs. Cena were too short. It made it look like JBL - the undefeated champion since the summer of last year just fainted in front of Cena. Batista vs. Triple H was a good match but I am so sick of Triple H constantly being the No.1 contender for the title. Enough already. Oh and could the commentators please double check what they say on-air. I mean we all know WWE is staged, it is entertainment. But when the Undertaker was sliding towards the ring, Cole and Tazz had a discussion about how the Undertaker could use his mystical powers and mind manipulation to movie without using his legs. Like... Come on... Edge should not have won the ladder match. He should be let go by the company. A wrestler who has absolutely no respect towards professionalism or the sport. He should not be given any kind of push. Most Wrestlemanias end with an emotional handshake or moment to remind us that this is a great sport and people beat the hell out of each other not because they hate each other but because of the sport and respect towards each other. This Wrestlemania ended a bit dull. Then again Batista had no close friends or hand-shakeable people in the ring I guess. All in all, it was a PPV far better than the other PPVs. When I left "No Mercy" I truly felt like the WWE had robbed me. This time I was glad with what I saw.

Thank God for Angle and HBK. This was by far the best match at WrestleMania. This was also the only match that lived up to the hype on the entire card. Sure some matches were good, but only this one came off as a "WrestleMania Classic." Hogan, Carlito says it best, "Now that's cool." The man still has that electricity. Hogan should make an apperance at every WrestleMania till he dies. Piper's pit was better then I thought it would be and having Carlito on it I thought was pure genious. WWE still has hope. Overall, this WrestleMania was a glorified RAW or SmackDown with a few exceptions. The crowd was more pumped up at RAW the night after then the crowd at WrestleMania. That shouldn't happen, EVER!!! Over all I give this years WrestleMania a C-. Final thought, Cena is the champ. Get ready for the apocoplypse. I believe it said the first sign would be, "Whiter then White man who act black win WWE Title, prepare for the coming of the end." John 8:23

The ladder match was nice and had good timing.Orton vs Taker vs pretty good but should have been longer.Christy vs Trish was horid nothing good about this match.Pipers pit was nice because i was hoping to see austin again but you can predict what was gonna happen. The two main event matches were really good.I disliked this wrestlemania because the matches were to short and they wasted time on matches like Trish vs Chrsity and the sumo match that shouldnt even have taken place. The matches were so predictable its not hard to figure there were gonna be to knew champs they gave batista a big push and cena became champ because it was gettin boring seeing jbl as champ for such a long time they should have just taken time off some of the matches and left it for the rey vs eddie and the angle vs hbk was horid. This ppv was not worth the money ill give it a D- i think the royal rumble was 10000000000 times better.

After having to deal with WWE's recent sub-standard events, Wrestlemania took my breath away. I was unsure if WWE could ever get back on track but WM quickly eliminated all doubts I had. From the beginning video I was hooked and barely even blinked. I never once got up to go the bathroom, not even during the Women's Title match (I was convinced that it would end too soon.) Eddie and Rey kicked the show off with an amazing half hour classic. The ladder match was more then I expected. The outcome could not have been choreographed better. Undertaker's entrance was worth the price alone. The match was amazing as well. Trish is the most amazing women's wrestler ever and she couldn't even make Crusty the Slut look good. Kurt Angle is phenomenal. Neck injury and all, he puts on match of the year after match of the year. This interpromotional match was a thing of beauty. I have no problem admitting that I cried when it was said and done. Piper's Pit was saved by Carlito, thank god. Muhammad Hassan made his Wrestlemania moment. Hogan teased a return. Show and Bono was interesting. People had to suffer when WM's had the Brawl for All's so why is this any different. JBL failed to carry Cena which proves that Cena is the worst wrestler living or dead. HHH's entrance kicked and so did this match. All and all I give WM an A mostly because I got all that I asked for and more. All my predictions came true except for Cena. Can't remember the last time WWE took my breath away before WM 21.

The things I disliked about wrestlemania 21 was the lack of titles shown, the cruiserweight, i.c, u.s and neither of the tag team titles were there. For me the most horrble thing was the cena vs jbl match. In the last 10 months bradshaw has been choked by bull ropes, beaten senseless, put through numerous objects, include limo roofs and also been through a 15 foot barbed wired steel cage with a 7 foot 2, almost 500lb monster. Now when a great title reign like that ends it should be a brilliant match but instead it was a match that was about 10 minutes long and 1 finishing move that stoped him. I was really disapointed with that.

Well gang WM21 iz over and Backlash iz around the corner. But with WM21 came some good matchez and some bad onez.Worst match-Trish VS Christy foe the womenz title.I mean cmon the ref went to 3 when Christy had Trish rolled up!But the best match of the nite waz the 6 way money in the bank ladder match between Benoit,Benjamin,Edge,Kane,Christian, and Jericho.Coolest entrance-Kanez!Coolest moment-Hogan beatin the crap out of towel head and camel humper (aka Muhammed Hassan and Daivari). This yearz WM waz great dont get me wrong. But next yearz will be in my homestate of Illinois. And although im not from Chicago,I consider it home.I do hope to be there with my bretheren and sisteren. And I already know this, its gonna kick major butt!Rock on stonerz!-

By far the best match of the night was the 6 way Money in the Bank Ladder Match. The World & WWE Title matches we're very sore sights to see.. although I was going for both Cena and Batista I have to say that it was a poor struggle in looking for someone who could hold the ratings. I feel that the Match between Undertaker and Randy Orton was in a class of its own and was very excited to see that Undertaker moved on in another victory... Sorry Randy but you better step on another legend to make you famous.. maybe Hulk Hogan.... I'm very sad to see one of the greats of all time sitting on the sideline in a managers role in Ric Flair. I honestly believe that the best match Ric Flair has had since being in the WWE was against Undertaker at WM18 and a Raw Match against Triple H... What a battle that would be Triple H Vs. Ric Flair for the World Title with none other than Randy Orton as the special guest Referee! To be the Man you have to BEAT the Man! WHOOOO!

I had a certian amount of beef, with this years Wrestlemania. The fact that, Batista won the title for one, Batista is done in the WWE, he's won the big one, theres nothing that will ever amount to that. and the fact that Cena won, pissed me off to. While the guy does do couple good moves, other then that, he's nothing. Cena, used to be funny, and dare I say it, cool! But, he was never really all that good, now he is the WWE Champion, and shows his respect for the title, by makeing his own, I find that very disrespective. Cena, can't settle for what everyone else was using, he always has to be, that much better. Either way, I didn't like Wrestlemania 21, except Shawn and Angle, they stole the show!

Well, WWE WrestleMania 21 wasn't good nor bad, but it had the electricity to make a WrestleMania classic, so lets get started........ Eddie Guererro vs. Rey Mysterio: I thought this match was pretty boring, it lasted way to long for these two superstars, what annoyed me was Rey kept fixing that bloody mask, Eddie should've won, he's much better than Mysterio, 5/10........ Money in the Bank Ladder Match: This match was exciting from the first bell, I enjoyed all the high spots especially Benjamin's run up the ladder and clotheslineing Jericho, I feel they used the ladder's very well and each wrestler earned my respect, Benoit should've definately won, 8/10....... Legend vs. Legend Killer: Not bad actually especially for Undertaker's age, Randy gets better and better each match, again the wrong turn out, Undertaker didn't need to win this match, 6.5/10...... Women's Championship: 1/10, All I can say...... Kurt Angle vs. HBK Shawn Michaels: People say it stole the show, I say it stole my money, this match was just plain boring, Kurt just isn't good now, and Michaels is getting too cheesy, not the worst match on the card, Kurt definately deserved to win, 5/10......... Sumo Match: Actually it was quite funny, match was awful though, 5/10....... WWE Championship: My god, how could JBL lose from a Fireman's carry? The man kicked out of a Last Ride, Cena's got to change his move for the first step to get over with me, but he wont because he beat JBL, JBL is a brilliant athlete and should've won, I lovedJBL's entrance, with all the cops, 4/10...... World Heavyweight Championship: It wasn't actually too bad, the wrestling quality was better than the WWE Championship match, Triple H's entrance was absolute awesome, atleast it ended with a believeable move; The Batista Bomb, 8/10. The ending video was brilliant, I loved the music choice, Piper's Pit was OK, good to see Carlito mixing with the big boys. All in all, wasn't too bad, all the matches could've been better.

Wrestlemania 21 in my mind is one of the best Wrestlemanias yet. Rey Mysterio versus Eddie Guererro was a good opener, and it felt like that match was 45 minutes not 20 with the way the pace was going. The Ladder match was pretty good but it was sad to see Chrtis Benoit lose because of Edge's cheating ways. Undertaker versus Randy Orton was a great match, and it was good to see the legend of the Undertaker to keep going. trish vs. Christy in my mind should have been replaced with a Tag team Championship match because it wasn't even close to as good as I thought it would be... main reason it was too short. The Kurt Angle/Shawn Michaels match some people say stole the show but not me, like how come all of Shawn Michaels are too long, and another reason why I didn't like it is because Kurt won. The Akebono/Show match sucked because who really wants to see Akenbono's and Big Show's fat ass, definetly not me. The John Cena/JBL match was pretty good but you can't say you didn't see it coming with all the cockiness that JBL's been doing, but it was good too see JBL lose the title finally. Now for the main evnt Triple H versus Batista, which wasd probably the match that stole the show too see both titles chgange hands I really wasn't expecting, but hey who wanted too see JBL or Triple H retain their titles. This Pay Per view was worth the 50 bucks I paid for it, and I liked the set they had for Wrestlemania.
