KICKOFF: Ric Flair & Vince McMahon.
- Co-owner of the WWF, Ric Flair, came to the ring alone.
- Wishes the audience a Happy Thanksgiving.
- Flair sets up a unification match for Vengence 2001 between The Rock & Stone Cold.
- Vince McMahon struts towards the ring.
- Vince compliments Ric on making the unification match.
- Vince offers something else.
- Vince suggests Rock vs Jericho and Stone Cold vs Angle, with the winners meeting later in the night to unify the titles.
- Ric says "That is AWESOME! That is why you are THE MAN!"
- Vince confronts Ric on how he announced his partnership, embarrassing Vince.
- Vince asks Ric what kind of a partner Ric intends to be.
- Ric says "I thought I told you, WHHOOOOOO, on RAW, what kind of a partner I'm gonna be....... I'm gonna be that kiss-stealin' wheelin' dealin' limousine ridin' jet flyin' sunovagun that's kissed all the girls and made'em cry!"
- Ric leaves as Vince looks ill.
INTERVIEW: The Coach & Trish Stratus.
- Coach Congratulates Trish on winning the WWF Womans title.
- Coach asks why Trish would accept Stacy's challenge for a gravy-bowl match.
- Trish says that she will accept any challenge from anyone in any match.
MATCH: Test vs Scotty Too Hotty.
- Test picks up the win.
INTERVIEW: Sharmelle Sullivan & Tazz + Funaki + Big Show.
- Sharmelle asks Tazz what he is doing back in the WWF.
- Tazz said Vince was impressed with what he did to Paul Heyman on Smackdown! last week.
- Tazz said he was hired back as a commentator and a wrestler.
- Funaki enters and makes fun of Tazz for losing a match to "Kissass Regal".
- Tazz attacks Funaki, and Big Show comes in for the save.
- Big Show tells Tazz to pick on somebody his own size.
- Tazz accepts the challenge.
BACKSTAGE: Kurt Angle & Vince McMahon + Christian + Undertaker.
- Kurt Angle whines about nobody being thankful for him.
- Christian enters with a gift of Thanksgiving Dinner.
- Undertaker bursts in and looks at Christian "You were just leavin' weren't ya?"
- Christian cowers "Yah I'll get the cider!" (Funny as hell)
- Kurt Angle leaves.
- Undertaker bitches at Vince for not letting him in on the Kurt Angle plan.
- Vince tries to make it up to Taker by putting him in the Main Event tonight against Kurt Angle.
MATCH: Tazz vs The Big Show.
- Tazz had the Tazzmission locked in for over a minute.
- Big Show falls backward and squashed Tazz and gets the win.
BACKSTAGE: Vince McMahon & Christian + Angle + Regal.
- Christian is serving Vince his Thanksgiving Supper.
- Kurt Angle comes in and says he is ready to take on the Undertaker.
- Kurt says he's gonna beat a "thank you" out of Taker.
- William Regal enters the room.
- Vince excuses Christian, who says he'll get the Cider this time.
- Vince tells Regal he needs a favor.
- Vince whispers something in Regal's ear.
- Regal says he can do that and he'll do it bloody well!
MATCH: Kurt Angle vs The Undertaker.
- Angle puts the anklelock on Taker, but Taker reverses it.
- Taker chokeslams Angle.
- Taker applies the anklelock to Angle.
- Angle makes it to the ropes but Taker refuses to break the hold.
- Vince runs down with a chair and is about to hit Taker, but taker turns around and stares him down.
- Taker slowly takes the chair from Vince, and throws it aside.
- Taker says "All I want, is respect..." to Vince.
- Taker leaves.
- Kurt Angle is upset with Vince.
- NO CONTEST.
IN THE RING: William Regal + Steve Austin - Dudleyz/Test/Christain.
- William Regal calls out the man who he holds directly responsible for the Alliance being put out of business, Stone Cold Steve Austin.
- Steve Austin comes out and plays to the crowd.
- Regal says he has something to talk to Austin about.
- Austin grabs the microphone from Regal and taunts him.
- Austin makes fun of Regal's breath.
- Regal yells at Austin that if it wasn't for Steve Austin getting outsmarted by Vince McMahon & Kurt Angle, he wouldn't have had to get down on his knees and kiss Vince's ass..
- Austin stuns Regal.
- The Dudleyz, Christian and Test come down and attack Steve Austin.
- They beat Austin down and leave him laying in the ring.
- Vince McMahon & Kurt Angle are shown backstage enjoying what they saw.
BACKSTAGE: Vince McMahon, Dudleyz, Christian, Test & Regal.
- Vince is happy with the actions of the former alliance memebers.
- Vince sets up a match between the Dudleyz vs Rock/RVD.
- Vince says that he knows they were all in the Alliance, but as far as he is concerned, they are all FAMILY!
GRAVY-BOWL WOMANS TITLE MATCH: Trish Stratus vs Stacy Keibler.
- Interesting match.
- Trish makes Stacy submit with the camel clutch.
- Stacy pushes referee Jim Cordaris into the Gravy Bowl.
BACKSTAGE: Matt Hardy & Lita + Jeff Hardy.
- Matt Hardy bitches at Jeff for making a mistake at Survivor Series.
- Jeff says he's sorry over and over, but Matt keeps yelling at his brother.
- Lita cuts in and yells at Matt for being selfish in their relationship.
- Lita walks out, and Matt follows.
- Jeff is frustrated.
BACKSTAGE: Jericho.
- Jericho is shown coming from Vince McMahons office.
- Jericho is smiling.
INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH: Test vs Christian.
- After a few minutes, Christian brings a chair into the ring.
- Christian swings at Edge, but Edge moves.
- Edge pushed the chair into Christian's face.
- Test runs down and attacks Edge.
- Test & Christian double team Edge.
THE MAIN EVENT: Rob Van Dam/The Rock vs Dudley Boyz/Jericho.
- Before the match, Vince McMahon makes it a handicap match, adding Chris Jericho as the Dudleyz' partner.
- Jericho hits Rock with a low-blow and then hits the Rock Bottom.
- Jericho pins the Rock.
- WINNERS: Dudelyz/Chris Jericho.
