Braun Strowman isn’t finished with wrestling entirely, but fans shouldn’t expect to see the former WWE Superstar in the ring as much going forward.
During a recent interview with Collider, Strowman shared that he is ready to do more in acting, even if it means less in pro wrestling. He said,
“I’m semi-retired from wrestling now, too, because I want to be an actor.”
Strowman was released from WWE earlier this year, marking his second time being cut from the promotion within a four-year window.
Braun was first released in 2021. He returned in September 2022 but never won gold during his second run with the company.
Strowman has acting experience, including in 2015’s flop Holmes and Watson, as well as in 2025’s Deathgasm 2: Goremageddon.
