- NXT Women’s Championship Triple Threat Match: Jacy Jayne (c) defeated Sol Ruca and Zaria by pinfall over Ruca.
- Promo: Ricky Saints slipped on the ropes before starting his promo about how he and Ethan Page have busted their slumps and will go for the NXT Championship and NXT North American Championship titles respectively. Page then interrupted to say that he actually is more interested in the NXT Championship again after pinning Joe Hendry last week. Hendry came out to taunt the two of them to be against each other, but they double-teamed him for a moment, ultimately with Tony D’Angelo coming out to get into the fight and stand tall.
- Birthright were spoken to by William Regal and Fit Finlay. Regal complimented Robert Stone on his job so far as Interim NXT General Manager. He wants to make that a more permanent thing and will speak to Shawn Michaels about it.
- Six-Man Tag Team Match: Los Americanos (El Grande Americano, Bravo Americano and Rayo Americano) defeated The Vanity Project (Jackson Drake, Brad Baylor, and Ricky Smokes) by pinfall.
- Apparently, Sean Legacy got hurt, so he’s unable to compete in the tag team tournament. Elio LeFleur is going to take his place to team with Eli Knight next week. Sol Ruca wants to see Zaria in the ring next week, face-to-face.
- Booker T was in the ring for a segment where he was awarded a plaque as part of Booker T Appreciation Night. Keanu Carver came out to beat up some of Booker’s students, only for Jasper Troy to run in and make the save.
- WWE Women’s Speed Championship: Wren Sinclair defeated Fallon Henley (c) by submission to win the title!
- Ricky Saints and Ethan Page were upset, talking to Robert Stone backstage about the earlier promo segment, angry specifically at Tony D’Angelo. Page volunteered Saints to face D’Angelo next week. Saints volunteered Page to be in his corner for it.
- NXT Tag Team Championship No. 1 Contenders Tournament Round 1 Match: Birthright (Uriah Connors and Stacks) defeated The Belly Boys (Hank Walker and Tank Ledger) by pinfall.
- Backstage, Joe Hendry was fired up and wants a match with Tony D’Angelo next week. He was then told by Robert Stone that he can’t do that, since Saints is already booked, but Hendry has his eyes on D’Angelo.
- DarkState beat up OTM backstage.
- Thea Hail gave Tatum Paxley a pep talk for her upcoming steel cage match. Paxley told her NXT needs more people like Thea. Kelani Jordan then came over to talk some trash to Hail. Jaida Parker was about to back up Hail, but Hail said she didn’t need it, challenging Jordan to a match for next week.
- Fatal Influence have more tension backstage as Jacy Jayne was happy about retaining her title earlier, while Fallon Henley was upset at losing hers. Henley and Lainey Reid will take care of Wren Sinclair and Kendal Grey next week, “because we all know Jacy’s not going to have a match before Stand & Deliver.”
- Robert Stone spoke to Myles Borne at Stand & Deliver. There will be a gauntlet eliminator to settle his opponent. Birthright interrupted to put their names in the hat for it.
- NXT Women’s North American Championship Steel Cage Match: Tatum Paxley (c) defeated Izzi Dame by pinfall. Afterward, Blake Monroe popped up from the stage and pulled Paxley down, followed by snatching the title to end the show.
