- Kali Armstrong kicked off the show with an in-ring promo about how she deserves a title shot against Kendal Grey. Lola Vice interrupted, followed by Kelani Jordan. A fight broke out, with Armstrong coming out on top.
- Fatal 4-Way Match to Determine the No. 1 Contenders for the NXT Tag Team Championship: Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux defeated OTM, BirthRight and DarkState. Saquon Shugars had intervened, as well as the other members of BirthRight, and Legacy was able to pick up a pin over Uriah Connors. They’ll get their tag team title shot on next week’s episode.
- Emily Agard interviewed Saquon Shugars, who admitted he can’t pick off DarkState 3-on-1, so he’ll have to find some friends, and he knows that will be difficult after all he’s done to the roster. No matter who he finds, DarkState is going to learn that he’s up next, they’re up never, and it doesn’t get any sweeter than that.
- Keanu Carver defeated Tank Ledger by pinfall.
- Vignette: Naraku is still coming after the title.
- For some reason, despite all their issues, Tate Wilder and Kam Hendrix were talking to each other in the medical room about Naraku. Hendrix’s leg is at 72.8% and when he’s healed, Mason Rook is cooked. Rook came over to almost start a fight, but that’ll happen another time.
- In the women’s locker room, Nattie, Nikkita Lyons, Karmen Petrovic, and Layla Diggs were chatting about the Kendal Grey match and Nattie offered to have everyone join Diggs for her match, but Diggs wants to do it on her own. Nattie seemed annoyed at that.
- Fatal 4-Way Match to Determine the No. 1 Contender for the NXT Women’s North American Championship: Layla Diggs defeated Thea Hail, Izzi Dame, and Lizzy Rain by pinfall over Hail to earn the shot for Zaria for next week’s show.
- Nikki Blackheart, who debuted last week, was spotlighted in a vignette about how she’s coming after more than just Tatum Paxley. Lots of talk about “natural disaster” and “destruction” and such. “I am the force of nature, Reina Volcan.”
- Promo: Tavion Heights was in the ring to apologize to Myles Borne for how he’s been acting. The Vanity Project interrupted to talk about how they deserve an apology, leading to a fight where Borne came out to help fight alongside Heights and hug it out.
- Backstage, Romeo Moreno and Noam Dar, who talked to Dorian Van Dux and Sean Legacy in the commissary area. Moreno equated how he and Dar could just be a few wins away from tag team champions based on Dux and Legacy not teaming for too long and having a title match next week. Legacy and Dux are not sure which name of theirs should come first.
- Niko Vance defeated Shiloh Hill by pinfall due to a distraction from Tristan Angels. Hill chased Angels into the backstage area and Shawn Spears then attacked Vance from behind with a steel chair.
- Singles Match for the NXT Women’s Championship: Kendal Grey (c) retained over Nattie.
