Chris Hero returns to the ring tonight for the first time since his WWE release which happened in April 2020. He returns to action for West Coast Pro wrestling in a match with his rival Timothy Thatcher.
In the meantime Chris Hero stayed busy in the wrestling business and working for West Coast Pro Wrestling as the match maker.
On June 26, 2023, it was announced that Hero has signed with All Elite Wrestling as a coach. On July 27, it was announced that Hero would become a producer with All Elite Wrestling.
