The news keeps coming as Dragon Gate USA gets ready for the July 28th Taylor, MI and July 29th Chicago, IL events. We are back with another DGUSA/EVOLVE Alerts with the signing of an I Quit Match, a free match download from an upcoming DVD, a new ‘Deal of the Day’ for Chicago area fans, a video editor’s contest and more. Johnny Gargano vs. Chuck Taylor in an I Quit Match has been signed for DGUSA Enter the Dragon: Third Anniversary Celebration on July 29th in Chicago at The Congress Theater. These former partners battled in a chaotic and wild Open the Freedom Gate Title Match just a few weeks ago at EVOLVE 15. On July 29th there won’t be a title on the line and there won’t be any rules. It will be two hated rivals fighting it out to win the feud. The only way to gain victory is to make your opponent say “I Quit.
Jimmy Jacobs and Jon Moxley (now Dean Ambrose in WWE system) collided in the only I Quit Match in DGUSA history. The result was a brutal bloodbath. DGUSA officials are bringing back the I Quit stipulation to settle the Gargano vs. Taylor war on July 29th in Chicago. Click pic to watch Jacobs vs. Moxley.
The Super Smash Brothers of Player Uno & Player Dos vs. Arik Cannon & Pinkie Sanchez of D.U.F. has also just been signed for July 29th in Chicago. This could steal the whole show!

DRAGON GATE USA & EVOLVE VIDEO EDITING CONTEST
Dragon Gate USA and EVOLVE wrestling have embraced and encouraged video editors to make videos using the company released creative commons reels. In fact, all recent videos released at www.Youtube.com/DGUSAdotTV are under the creative commons license, meaning you can use the footage.
Now DGUSA and EVOLVE will take things to the next level by offering a $100 prize. Here are the details on how to win the $100 prize, which is a credit for any combination of DGUSA and EVOLVE DVDs, tickets, shirts and gear:
Make a 30 second to 3 minute video using footage from the above creative commons
reels and any videos on our YouTube channel only. You can combine DGUSA and EVOLVE footage.
The video must be for either the July 28th Untouchable 2012 or July 29th Enter the Dragon: Third Anniversary Celebration iPPVs. You can make the video to showcase DGUSA and plug one or both iPPVs, for a specific wrestler competing on either event or for a specific match (go to DGUSA.tv Live Events section for current lineups).
The video must have a graphic/text for at least 15 seconds that clearly displays the iPPV name, the date and the www.WWNLive.com.
Upload your video to www.Youtube.com and make sure to put www.DGUSA.tv somewhere in the description.
Submit your video by emailing the YouTube link to [email protected] by July 23rd.
We will then take the top five videos with the most “likes” at midnight EST on July 23rd and enter them in a poll.
The fans will then vote on July 24th-July 26th at noon EST. at www.DGUSA.tv to determine the winner.
The winner will receive a $100 credit for any DGUSA and EVOLVE DVDs, merch or tickets that they want (cannot be exchanged for cash).
