FCW News and Harry Smith’s RAW debut

Hary SmithFlorida Championship Wrestling holds shows every Tuesday night at Bourbon Street Night Club, 4331 US 19N in New Port Richey FL. FCW is an official developmental territory to World Wrestling Entertainment. The shows will begin at 8:30pm with tickets at 7 dollars.

With WWE legends “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes and Jim “the Anvil” Neidhart watching, Kofi Kingston and “Handsome” Heath Miller continued their rivalry and pursuit of championship gold but they weren’t as lucky as another FCW superstar. Afa Jr. had a good Tuesday. He walked into Bourbon Street the challenger to the FCW Southern Heavyweight championship and without breaking a sweat he was awarded the title when Harry Smith was unable to appear (read below for more info.) With Smith unable to defend Afa Jr. was awarded the title but he had to fend off Billy Kidman who nearly had the title won if hadn’t been for that pesky Giant Titan who helped Afa get away with a win.

If that weren’t enough The Mastodon of Mayhem” G-Rilla made his presence felt when he told the FCW fans and wrestlers he had a new employer, former ECW World Champion John Morrison. Was G-Rilla really scouting FCW for Morrison or just using the name to put fear into the hearts of his competitors?

Come out this Tuesday to see those athletes plus “The Professional” Mike Mondo, “The Natural” Nick Nemeth, Sinn Bowdee, Vade Hansen, Ted DiBiase Jr., TJ Wilson, Jake Hager, “Bad Seed” Shawn Osborne Chris Grey, Steve Lewington, Sheamus O’Shaunessey, Mariouz Jablanski, Rycklon, Robert Anthony, Johnny Curtis and Tommy Taylor. Plus FCW Diva’s Victoria Crawford and the Bella Twins (Nicole and Bri) plus always be on the look out for some surprises.

Been wondering where Harry Smith has been lately…try England for starters. This past Monday in Birmingham, Smith competed in a dark match against Carlito. They also competed again the next night and last night he partnered with William Regal losing to World Tag Team champions Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch. The staff and fans of FCW congratulate Harry Smith on this accomplishment and wish him continued success.
