FNW Heavyweight Title Match
STERLING JAMES KEENAN defends against “THE SOLUTION” SCOTT FOWLER
Sterling James Keenan had an open contract to defend his title against anybody on the FNW roster. This perked up the interest of one “Gentleman” Joe Perry. He talked to FNW officials and learned that nobody had signed the contract yet. He pushed FNW officials to allow one of his members of the Gentleman’s Club to sign the contract. They have, and now we will see SJK defend his FNW Heavyweight Title for the first time against “The Solution” Scott Fowler!

FNW Cruiserweight Title Match
“THE FUTURE OF FASHION” SHIIMA XION defends against “M-DOGG20” MATT CROSS
The FNW Cruiserweight Champion Shiima Xion has signed to take on “M-Dogg” Matt Cross on January 18th. M-Dogg’s unfortunate groin injury in November caused him to miss the November 2nd event. FNW officials wanted to put him in the best possible match to make it up to our loyal fans who missed seeing him then, and they felt that Shiima Xion would be the best possible opponent for him. So on January 18th, Matt Cross gets his shot at the FNW Cruiserweight Title!

THE OLSEN TWINS vs. IRISH AIRBORNE
Colin & Jimmy, The Olsen Twins, will be making their FNW debut on January 18th in Butler, PA at the Butler Days Inn. Calling themselves the “Feel Good Tag Team of the Year”, the the Olsens have been making waves all along the East Coast. In their home company of NWA Upstate, they are former NWA Upstate Tag Team Champions, and Jimmy Olsen currently holds the NWA Upstate Heavyweight Title. They’ve also been making their own impact in CHIKARA Pro Wrestling, having an incredible series of matches with Cheech & Cloudy. Their opponents in Butler, PA on January 18th will be another brother team on a roll, Dave & Jake Crist, the Irish Airborne! At FNW’s last event, the Airborne were able to defeat Chris Cronus & Scott Fowler, the Gentlemen’s Club. This was just the latest in a string of wins in Far North Wrestling, and their future just seems to get brighter and brighter!

APPEARANCES BY:
WTAE ACTION SPORTS ANCHOR JON BURTON
WBUT RADIO PERSONALITY BOB CUPP
STAR 100.7 RADIO PERSONALITY BUBBA THE BULLDOG
Pittsburgh radio personality and FNW wrestler Bubba The Bulldog has filed a written complaint against FNW officials.

Bubba, who is currently the on-air morning personality on Star 100.7 and soon to be with B-94 in Pittsburgh, has claimed that FNW has been causing him undue stress over their decision to bring in other on-air media personalities to participate in FNW events.

FNW has WTAE Television sports announcer Jon Burton, and WBUT Radio morning personality Bob Cupp participating in the January 18th event at the Butler Days Inn.

Bubba feels that Burton and Cupp have no business being involved in a pro wrestling event since neither of them have any true knowledge or experience in pro wrestling.

“These two egotists are always looking to be in the spotlight,” Bubba explained. “I have worked very hard and have paid my dues inside the square circle. Maybe each of these guys should get in the ring with me for a serious ass kicking! Guys like Burton and Cupp give wrestling a bad name! They have no business being involved in wrestling.”

Neither Burton or Cupp could be reached for a comment.

FNW officials still plan on having Burton and Cupp at the January 18th event in some capacity. Bubba The Bulldog will also see action on that card.
