OWW is pleased to welcome Greg “The Hammer” Valentine to the OWW Hall of Fame!
The career of Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, the son of famous wrestler Johnny Valentine, has spanned over four decades. Valentine has held more than 40 championships, including the NWA US heavyweight title, WWF Intercontinental title and WWF world tag team title. “The Hammer” defended his WWE Intercontinental title in the first WrestleMania, and the next year defended the WWE tag team title (along with Brutus Beefcake) against the legendary British Bulldogs. Valentine’s figure-four leglock remains one of the best finishers in wrestling history. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004, and then inducted into the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2016. It is our pleasure to welcome a true warrior into the OWW Hall of Fame!
