We kick things off with TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella, who addresses that both the TNA World Championship and Knockouts World Championship are in the hands of NXT Superstars. Marella will look to turn the tide when he challenges Ethan Page for the NXT North American Championship this coming Tuesday on WWE NXT.
Masha Slamovich comes out, and she wants her contractually-obligated rematch for the Knockouts World Title against Jacy Jayne next week. Marella makes it official.
The System are out next, and they want to fight for their home of TNA Wrestling against the invading force of NXT. Moose says that Leon Slater earned the X-Division Title when he defeated him at Slammiversary. Moose turns his attention towards Trick Williams when the TNA World Champion and FIR$T CLA$$ arrive. Williams doesn’t want anything to do with Moose but The System want to claim that they are the most dominant faction in TNA. Mustafa Ali leads Order 4 to the ring, who claim they are the greatest faction of all time. A brawl breaks out between The System and Order 4 until security breaks things up.
Matt Cardona offers his assistance to The System. Marella announces that Matt Cardona and Brian Myers will reunite tonight against The Great Hands! Not only that, but next week, Moose, Eddie Edwards and JDC will battle TNA World Champion Trick Williams and FIR$T CLA$$.
Mara Sadè is revealed as The IInspiration’s mystery tag team partner as they battle The Elegance Brand in tonight’s opening contest. Sadè takes out the entire Elegance Brand with a slingshot crossbody to the outside. The Elegance Brand gains control as Ash leads an assault on Cassie Lee. The Elegance Brand remain in control as they cut off the ring and wear Lee down. Lee creates separation, then makes the tag to Sadè. The pace quickens as Sadè spikes M with a tornado DDT. Heather and M deliver innovative double team offense to Sadè for two. The IInspiration put Heather away with The Idolizer to win.

Mike Santana does not want to give his thoughts on what happened at Slammiversary. Meanwhile, Gabby LaSpisa interviews Indi Hartwell. With Tessa Blanchard behind her, she can focus on becoming Knockouts World Champion. Dani Luna thanks Hartwell for having her back last week. Victoria Crawford interrupts and offers them both her mentorship.
Leon Slater addresses his monumental victory over Moose at Slammiversary, becoming the youngest X-Division Champion of all time at just 20 years old. Slater says that he is going bring the X-Division back to its roots, and it’s going to be all about speed. Slater is joined by The Hardys, who also captured gold at Slammiversary, the TNA World Tag Team Titles for a fourth time. The Hardys speak on the special energy in TNA Wrestling. TNA International Champion Steve Maclin is out next, and is not happy with TNA’s World Championships being held by outsiders. Maclin praises Slater and The Hardys, and says it is on all of them to hold the line for TNA Wrestling.
Jake Something and Mance Warner clash in a No Disqualifications match! Warner hits a big Superplex into a collection of steel chairs. Warner swings and misses with a sledgehammer. Jake punches him through a steel chair as the fight spills to the outside. Jake hits a back body drop into a pile of thumbtacks. Back in the ring, Something puts Warner away with the Black Hole Slam for three.

We hear from NXT’s Jacy Jayne after she defeated Masha Slamovich to capture the Knockouts World Title at Slammiversary, becoming a double champion in the process. Jayne admits that the talent in the Knockouts division is extremely talented, but they are flawed. Jayne makes a bold statement and vows that when people look at the Knockouts World Title, they are going to think of her.
Brian Myers and Matt Cardona reunite as a tag team to battle The Great Hands of Order 4! Mustafa Ali and Tasha Steelz create a distraction at ringside, allowing The Great Hands to gain control. Cardona turns the tide for his team, hitting Skyler with the Unpretty-her. The match begins to break down as Ali tries to get involved once again. Steelz gets up on the apron but she’s neutralized by Alisha Edwards. A huge member of Ali’s secret service attacks Cardona from behind, allowing Skyler to score the victory.

It’s main event time as Joe Hendry and Mike Santana go one-on-one for the first time ever! Frankie Kazarian tries to join Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary but is ejected from ringside. Santana is in control of Hendry for several minutes, but can’t put him away. Hendry creates some much-needed separation with a vertical suplex. Hendry whips Santana spine-first into the turnbuckles. Hendry hits a pop-up powerbomb, followed by an AA for a near fall. Santana bounces back with the Rolling Buck 50, followed by the Papi Splash for another two count. Both men exchange pin attempts with Santana gaining the upper-hand to score the three count.
