We go to an outside shot of the venue, as Tom Hannifan (and Matthew Rehwoldt) welcomes us to the largest crowd in TNA history at the UBS Arena.

New York’s own Brianna Laughlin kicks things off with the National Anthem.

TNA video package plays, showing the last 23 years of the promotion which then transitions into a Slammiversary hype video.

Back in the venue, we get a TNA chant.

We open up the show with the music of Mustafi Ali, we Ali and his group of Border 4, make their way out and down to the ring.

Next up is the music of Cedric Alexander, as the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion makes his way out and down to the ring.

Cedric Alexander vs. Mustafi Ali

The bell rings, as we are underway with a big TNA chant from the sold-out crowd. Both men lock up in the center of the ring. Cedric tosses down Ali, who quickly gets to this feet. Ali locks up Cedric, as we get some wrestling down on the mat. Cedric grabs the arm of Ali. Both men exchange taking each other down. Cedric covers Ali, but he kicks out quickly at one. Cedric jaws at Ali, who backs away and then slaps Cedric across the chest. Cedric repays, as both men strike each other on the chest. Ali runs the ropes and rolls up Cedric, but he kicks out at two. Ali slaps Cedric, but Cedric strikes back, sending Ali to the mat. Ali goes to the floor, as Cedric German Suplexes Ali on the floor!

Cedric rolls Ali back in the ring, but then pulls him out and German Suplexes him on the floor again! Ali’s secret service get in the face of Cedric. This allows Ali to run through the ropes and take out Cedric. Ali grabs Cedric and rolls him back in the ring. Ali goes to the top. He comes down with a 450 and lands on his feet, as Cedric moves, but then pushes Ali into the ring post. Cedric grabs Ali from the apron. Ali chops Cedric. Both men are up the top rope, but Cedric picks up Ali and lands on Ali’s secret service group on the floor! The fans show how much they love this match, with this is awesome chants. Cedric rolls Ali back in the ring and covers him, but Ali kicks out at two. Ali connects with a spin kick and then a DDT on Cedric. Ali goes for a moonsault, but Cedric rolls out of the way. Cedric launches Ali into the turnbuckles and then covers Ali for a two. Ali grabs Cedric by the hair and pulls him down to the mat. Ali applies the sharpshooter on Cedric, who makes it to the bottom rope to break the hold.

Ali goes to the floor and shows his distain for the fans. Ali then uses the ring apron to choke out Cedric. Ali moves out the steel steps. Ali is met with a boot to the face by Cedric and then a superkick. Ali runs, as Cedric picks him and flips him up, as Ali lands back first on the steel steps. Tasha Steelz distracts the ref…Cedric chases Ali, only to be dumped by Jason Hotch on the floor…Cedric is rolled back in the ring, as Ali lands on Cedric with a 450 and covers Cedric or only a two count…Steelz gets in the ring and argues with the ref on the count. Steelz is tossed out by the ref and heads to the back.

Ali tries for a rolling neckbreaker and is caught by a cutter from Cedric. Ali runs at Cedric, but is sent into the corner. Jason Hotch comes in the ring, but is dropped by Cedric…Cedric hits Ali with a Lumbar check and covers him, but NO! Ali kicks out! Cedric pulls Ali to the center of the ring. Ali elbows Cedric and then goes to the top rope. Cedric pushes the ropes…Steelz is back with a steel chair. Cedric gets in Steelz face. He picks her up and connects with a lumber check. Ali comes off the top and lands on Cedric with a 450 to get the win.

Winner by pinfall: Mustafa Ali

Commentary runs down the rest of the card for tonight’s show.

We go backstage with Gia Miller taking to Joe Hendry. He says that TNA Wrestling is in New York and the entire world is watching, because it comes down to a triple threat for the world title. He respects Mike Santana and hates Trick Williams. He will become a two-time TNA World Champion.

Backstage shots of Leon Slater and Moose, hyping up the X-Division Title match, which happens later in the show.

Next up, is the System as we get ready for the next match of the night. Matt Cardona gets his own introduction, as the Long Island native comes out to a big ovation. The lights go out, as NXT’s DarkState come out to the ring.

NXT’s DarkState (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Saquon Shugars and Cutler James) vs. Matt Cardona and The System (Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards and JDC)

The fight is on as DarkState go right after The System. Everyone is on the floor, but JDC who is the ring, handed a chair by Alisha Edwards. JDC sets up the chair and takes a page out of the late Sabu, landing on DarkState on the floor. Shugars sends Myers in the ring, as the bell finally rings. Myers drops Shugars with a flatliner. Myers is choked out by Griffin. Lennox is tagged in. Myers fights back, but Lennox kicks him. Lennox suplexes Myers and then nails Edwards and Cardona. Myers goes for a tag, but Cutler James pulls JDC off the mat. Edwards and Cardona chase off Cutler. James is tagged in and puts Myers in a headlock. Cutler gets in face of Cardona. Myers comes back and spears Cutler. Myers tags Cardona, who comes in the ring and clears the ring of DarkState…JDC and Edwards take out Griffin. Cardona takes down Shugars and covers him for only a two count. Cardona is taken down with a pump kick by James. Cardona is triple teamed. Griffin covers Cardona, but Edwards breaks up the pin attempt. Myers is on the top turnbuckle. Shugars is grabbed by Edwards and Cardona and take him down. JDC connects with a down and dirty. The pin attempt is broken up. Everyone is down.

We get a brawl in the ring by both teams. Griffin drops Myers…Cardona then hits Shugars with a radio silence, followed by a Boston Knee Party by Edwards, who covers Shugars to get the win.

The stars are out…Gia Miller is at ringside getting a word from Tim Malcom of TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé. The fans boo him. He says he’s been watching TNA for 20 years.

Video package hyping up Tessa Blanchard and Indi Hartwell’s match, which is next!

The lights go out, as Tessa Blanchard’s music hits. The lights come up…Tessa is accompanied to the ring by Victoria Crawford – the former Alicia Fox in WWE.

Next up, Indi Hartwell to a sizeable ovation. Hartwell makes her way to the ring.

Tessa Blanchard vs. Indi Hartwell

The bell rings, as we are underway. Hartwell lays rights and lefts into Tessa and then hits her with shoulder blocks to the mid-section. Hartwell kicks Tessa and then stomps her out in the corner. Tessa rolls to the floor, as Hartwell chases Tessa, who then kicks her. Tessa clobbers Hartwell. Tessa then kicks Hartwell, who is on the apron. Tessa then slams the head of Harwell into the apron. Tessa tosses Hartwell back in the ring. Tessa covers Hartwell for only a two count. Tessa works on the leg Hartwell and then covers her for only a two count.

Tessa takes down Hartwell with a dragon screw leg whip. Tessa dumps Hartwell and then covers her for only a two count. Tessa continues to work on the left knee of Hartwell. Tessa is met with punches by Hartwell, who is battling out of the corner. Tessa sends Hartwell to the turnbuckle. Tessa palm strikes Hartwell, but she manages to fight back and get some control over Tessa. Indi is kicked in the back of the knee by Blanchard. Indi tries to protect her knee, but Blanchard continues to work on it. Tessa goes to the top, but Hartwell goes to the second rope, as both women are on the top…Indi superplexes Tessa from the top rope!

Both women are down in the center of the ring. Tessa lays a right hand into Hartwell. Both women slug it out in the center of the ring. Both women then exchange strikes. Hartwell runs the ropes, but Tessa connects with a knee to the mid-section. Hartwell fights back with a clothesline on Blanchard. Hartwell kicks Tessa in the face and goes to the top turnbuckle and connects with an elbow to the back of Tessa. Hartwell covers Tessa for only a two count! Indi picks up Blanchard, but Tessa fights out an kicks the left leg of Indi. Blanchard ties up the leg of Indi, but she counters and goes to the floor. Blanchard runs the ropes and leaps over the top rope, landing on Hartwell. Blanchard rolls Indi back in the ring and covers her for only a two count!

Tessa picks up Indi and goes for a pump handle slam, but Indi gets out of the hold and drops Blanchard with a spinbuster! Indi covers Tessa, but she kicks out at two! Hartwell hooks up Tessa, who fights out of the hold…Blanchard drops Hartwell with a tiger driver and covers her, but Indi kicks out at two! Indi comes down with the Hurts Donut and covers Tessa, who kicks out at two! Both women are on the second rope…Blanchard drops Hartwell with a cutter from the top rope! Blanchard comes down off the top, connecting with a Magnum! Blanchard covers Hartwell, but she won’t stay down! Indi kicks out at two! Tessa nails Hartwell in the face. Tessa jaws at Hartwell and then slaps her. Hartwell then picks up Blanchard and slams her down face first and covers her for the win.

Winner by pinfall: Indi Hartwell

After the match, Gia Miller is talking with Indi at ringside, asking her what is next. Hartwell says she wants a Knockouts title match. Tessa then attacks Hartwell. Tessa then slaps Gia Miller and punches her in the back of the head and pushes her face on the steel steps. Victoria Crawford holds back Hartwell, as security finally comes out to intervene. Gia is helped to the back.

Commentary are in disbelief. We go backstage with Santina Marella yelling at Tessa. He tells security to get her out of the building. Security grabs her and takes her out of the building.

We go backstage with Ash and Heather By Elegance who retained earlier on the preshow. The IInspiration come in and exchange words, but the audio is not all that great for this terrible segment.

Hype package airs for the title vs. title match, which is next.

Jacy Jayne comes out first, with Fallon Henry and Jazmyn Nyx. Next up is Masha Slamovich…Johnny Rodz is shown at ringside.

We get formal ring introductions from McKenizie Mitchell.

Title vs. Title: TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich vs. NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne

The bell rings, as we are underway. Both women run the ropes. Jayne takes down Masha. Slamovich fights back with a kick, sending the NXT Women’s champ to the floor. Masha takes out all of Fatal Influence. Jayne pulls Masha face first into the steel post. Jayne makes sure Masha stays down on the floor. Jayne then talks smack to Johnny Rodz, who trained Masha. Jayne sends Masha back in the ring and covers her for only a two count. Jayne kicks Masha who is down in the corner. Fallon Henry chokes out Masha while Jayne distracts the referee. TNA President Carlos Silva is watching on at ringside. Jayne covers Masha for only a two count. Jayne continues her dominance with knees to the back of Masha and then transiting into a choke like hold. TNA talent is shown watching from the back…Masha fights back, as both women are down. We get a lets go Masha chant from the sold-out crowd.

Jayne and Masha duke it out in the center of the ring. Fists continue to connect, as we get a split, lets go Masha, lets go Jayce chant. Masha then connects on Jayne with a boot to the face. Masha takes down Jayne with a running kick and then covers her for only a two count. Masha headbutts Jayne…Masha connects with a knee strike on Jayne, who then is sent into the turnbuckles. Masha covers Jayne, but she kicks out at two. Masha puts Jayne on the top rope. Masha attempts a superplex, but Jayne fights out of it. Masha is drug down into the top turnbuckle. Jayne goes up to the top, sending Masha down! Jayne connects with a knee strike and covers Masha for only a two count! Jayne has the NXT Title, but the ref grabs it. The ref is distracted as Jayne nails Masha with the Knockouts Title. Jayne covers Masha, but she kicks out at two! Jayne pulls Masha to the corner. Jayne kicks Masha and then jaws at the crowd. Jayne goes for a cannonball, but Masha moves and then connects with a big knee on Masha. the Xia Brookside and Xia Lee come down to take out Henry and Nyx. Masha accidently kicks the ref. Masha hits Jayne with a snowplow and covers Jayne. Another ref runs in to make the count, but Jayne kicks out at two. We get some near falls. Jayne nails Masha in the face, hits her with a rolling encore and then covers her to get the win!

WINNER BY PINFALL AND NEW TNA KNOCKOUTS WORLD CHAMPION: JACY JAYNE

After the match, TNA President Carlos Silva hands Jayne the Knockouts Title.

We go backstage with Eric Young yelling at the Northern Armory, as Young lost to The Hometown Man on the preshow.

Hype package airs for the X-Division Title Match, which is next!

Leon Slater comes out first, as the 20-year old looks to be the youngest X-Division champion in TNA history.

Next up is Moose who is sitting in a throne like chair, as the fans chant his name.

X‑Division Championship Match: Moose (c) defends against Leon Slater

The bell rings, as Leon chops Moose, but he grabs Leon and drops him with a Go to Hell. Moose picks up Leon and goes for a powerbomb, but Slater gets out of the hold. The action goes to the floor…Leon is caught by Moose, but she sends Moose shoulder first into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Slater tries to lift Moose, but can’t get him up. Moose counters and whips Slater into the corner. Both men are down. Moose chops Slater, sending him down to the mat. Leon is up, as Moose chops him again, dropping him to the mat. Moose kicks Slater. Moose picks up Slater and is slammed hard to the mat.

Slater is on the apron, as Moose picks him up. Moose looks for a powerbomb, but Slater drops his bodyweight to avoid it. Slater kicks Moose, but the champ slaps Leon. Moose grabs Slater, but he counters, sending Moose to the floor! Slater goes back in the ring and runs the ropes…he is caught by Moose, but Slater counters and sends Moose to the ramp! Slater is tossed inside by Moose, but he runs the ropes and leaps over the top rope, landing on Moose on the outside! Leon rolls Moose back in the ring. Slater is up on the top rope and comes down, but Moose moves out of the way and powerbombs Slater. Moose covers Slater, but he kicks out! We get a this is awesome chant.

Moose chops Slater, sending him down to the mat. Slater gets up, as Moose goes for a chop, but Slater catches it and chops Moose. Slater is hits with a big discus clothesline! Slater is then bucklebombed, but comes back and hits a huge running lariat on Moose. Both men are down. Slater is up first. Slater takes down Moose with a leg lariat…Slater goes to the top, but Moose sends him down…Leon rolls up Moose for a two count…Moose the spears Moose and covers him. 1, 2, NO! Leon kicks out! Moose can’t believe it. Moose is up and charges at Slater, but he moves as Moose hits the turnbuckle. Slater picks up Moose and drops on his back! Slater hits Moose with a spear! Leon is up on the top rope and comes off with a swanton bomb 450! Slater covers Moose – 1, 2, NO! MOOSE KICKS OUT! Slater cannot believe it! Leon superkicks Moose in the face. Slater kicks him again. Slater leaps off the second rope and is caught by a spear from Moose in mid-air. Leon rolls to the floor. Moose goes for a spear, but Slater counters with a code red! Moose is back in the ring…Slater is up top…Slater connects with a swaton bomb and then a swanton 450! Slater covers Moose, 1, 2, 3! Youngest X-Division Champion of all time at 20-years old!

WINNER AND NEW X-DIVISION CHAMPION: LEON SLATER

TNA President Carlos Silva goes to hand the title to Slater, but Moose grabs it and puts the title around the waist of Slater and says a few words to Leon.

As Leon continues to celebrate, the original music of AJ Styles hits! The former X-Division Champion is met with a huge pop! He makes his way to the ring, as the fans continue to go nuts! AJ shakes the hand of Slater. and grabs a mic. The fans chant AJ.

AJ asks if TNA missed him. We get a welcome back chant. AJ says here he is in this ring, where his name was built. He is the PHENOMINAL AJ STYLES. He says the lights are brighter and the crowd is louder here and the talent is better than its ever been. The fans chant at Leon – “You deserve it!” AJ tells Leon he doesn’t deserve it – he earned it! The youngest X-Division Champion in TNA history…its guys like Leon that make him love the business and love what they do. He thanks Leon, as the fans chant AJ Styles. The fans start chanting one more match…AJ wants to talk about Leon, as he showed everyone its about no limits…it was AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Christopher Daniels, Jerry Lynn. The foundation back then. AJ says the X-Division is in Phenomenal hands…AJ says its time for Leon to make a legacy for himself and hypes up Leon. He raises the hand of Leon and hugs him. Leon leaves the ring, as AJ claps and then acknowledges the fans, who continue to cheer him.

The Hometown Man (Cody Deaner) in a mask is shown at ringside. Johnny Damon, founder of the A-Game Hydration Drink is shown at ringside.

Next up is the Ladder Match for the World Tag Team Titles. Commentary introduces a hype video for the match.

The Rascalz are out first. Myron Reed is subbing for an injured Trey Miguel. Next up is AJ Francis and KC Navarro…I think commentary said Rio da Yung OG is who sang Francis’ entrance music live in the arena.

Next up is Matt and Jeff Hardy to a big ovation.

The champs are out next.

TNA World Tag Team Championship Ladder Match: The Nemeths (Nic and Ryan) defends against The Hardys (Matt and Jeff), The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Myron Reed) and First Class (AJ Francis and KC Navarro)

The bell rings, as The Hardys take out everyone with a ladder. The Hardys set up a ladder. They start to climb and reach for the titles hanging about the ring, but are send down by AJ Francis. Myron Reed is on the top rope, but gets dropped by Francis. Reed is up against a ladder. Francis crashes into Reed and then picks him up with the ladder and clocks Nic Nemeth. Francis drops a world strongest slam on Reed into the ladder. Navarro goes to the top, as Francis hoists Navarro on his shoulders. Wentz comes off the top with a dropkick, sending Navarro and Francis down.

Wentz connects with double knees on Francis. Myron then runs the ropes and connects with a cutter on Nic Nemeth on the floor! Wentz comes off the top, landing on KC on the ladder, as it splits. Francis climbs a ladder, but is nailed in the back by Matt Hardy with a chair. Matt hits a twist of fait on Francis. Jeff connects with a swanton bomb on Francis. The Nemeths then hit the ring and take down the Hardys. Nic drops Matt with a DangerZone. Ryan Nemeth talks trash to Johnny Damon, who then shoves Ryan. The Nemeths grab a ladder. They both climb the ladder, but are cut off by Myron Reed and Zachary Wentz. The ladder tips over. KC Navarro takes out the Nemeths, Reed and Wentz with a chair. KC sets up a ladder. Francis is up. On the outside, Jeff is setting up a ladder. Francis climbs the ladder in the center of the ring. He comes off the ladder with the world’s largest moonsault, taking out the Nemeths and The Rascalz! Francis then re-sets the ladder in the center of the ring. He climbs the ladder, as KC is on the other side. The Rascalz tip the ladder, sending First Class into ladders set up at ringside. The Rascalz are cut off by the Hardys. We get double twist of fates on The Rascalz. The fans chant “Delete!”

Jeff sets up a ladder at ringside, between the ring and using the steel steps to set it across…The Hardys set up the Rascalz on the ladder. Jeff comes down with a huge swanton bomb! Jeff goes up to the top again and lands on the Rascalz with a second swanton bomb! This time the ladders split. Matt goes to the back looking for a ladder. Matt is on top of the stage as a rope ladder is lowered from the ceiling. Ryan Nemeth climbs the rope, but is taken down by Matt with a chair…Jeff stops Nic from climbing up…Matt grabs a chair and sets it up. Jeff grabs a chair and sets it up. They then wrap the chairs around Nic and Ryan and drops them with a double twist of fait. Matt holds the rope ladder as Jeff climbs up to get the belts.

WINNERS AND NEW TNA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: THE HARDYS

The music of Team 3-D hits! Its Bully Ray! He comes out to a big ovation! He locks eye to eye with Matt and Jeff. Bully has a mic in hand. Bully says allow him to be the first on another world tag team championship. Bully says the Hardys are catching up – another amazing match by the Hardy Boyz. He says congrats to them for what is an attendance records for TNA. The fans start to chant TNA…he says he has a good reason why he is hear and the entire wrestling world knows why…25 years ago the Hardys and the Dudleys made history in New York…the Royal Rumble and they stole the show…Both teams went on to greatness…but who is greatest of all time…the fans chant Hardys…Bully says the greatest of all time is the Road Warriors…it not about who has the most championships, but giving the fans all over the world, the greatest tag team match of all time…its something special that can never happen again…October at Bound for Glory…Hardys vs. Team 3-D – one last match. The fans chant where is D-Von? Bully says that is a great point and great question. At Bound for Glory, you will hear for the last time…D-Von – 1, 2, 3 D-Von get the tables! The Hardys shake the hand of Bully and then celebrate again.

TNA announces Bound for Glory on October 12 at Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell.

Santino Marella announces that Tessa Blanchard is suspended indefinitely for her attack on Gia Miller. Santino asks the Busted Open Panel their predictions for the title match…Frankie Kazarian’s music hits and interrupts the segment. Kaz says Busted Open Radio sucks and they are celebrating Kaz, as no one else has done more for TNA than him. He is the uncrowned TNA world champion and should be in this match. Kaz says he is going to be on commentary for the main event.

Santino introduces a video package showing how we got to the point for this match.

Joe Hendry is out first. The former champion makes his way out, to a huge ovation with a we believe chant. Next up is Mike Santana. He is shown coming through the crowd from the top level of the venue. Santana makes his way through the crowd. The Harlem Gospel Assemble sings the ring entrance for the current TNA Champion – Trick Williams.

We get formal ring introductions from McKenzie Mitchell.

TNA World Championship Triple Threat Match: NXT’s Trick Williams vs. Joe Hendry vs. Mike Santana

Santana and Hendry double team Williams, sending him to the floor. Hendry and Santana lock up. Hendry takes down Santana, but he counters…Hendry is up as both men circle the ring. Hendry locks up Santana, as both men then runs the ropes trying to take each other down. Santana sends Hendry down with arm drags. Hendry avoids a spin the block. Williams then hits the ring, clobbering both Santana and Hendry. Williams kicks Hendry in the chest and then sends Santana to the outside. Williams then nails Hendry, taking him down to the mat. Williams picks up Hendry and drops him. Williams covers Hendry, but he kicks out at two. Williams chops Hendry, but he fires back with chops of his own. Williams comes back and hits Hendry in the throat. Williams locks up Hendry, who then counters and suplexes Williams. Santana is back in the ring and suplexes Hendry and then chops Williams. Santana chops Williams. Santana kicks Williams in the face. Williams comes back and drops Santana with a huge leg lariat. Williams has Santana in a headlock.

Santana breaks out of the hold, as Williams connects with an uppercut…Williams and Santana are up on the top rope. Hendry comes in and sends them both to the mat. All three men are down. They get to their knees and exchange blows. Santana goes for spin the block on Williams, but is trip kicked instead. Trick goes for a leg lariat on Hendry, but he blocks it with a standing ovation. Hendry covers Trick, but pulls the ref. Commentary goes crazy…The ref sends Kaz to the back. Santana wipes out Trick on the outside. Hendry then takes out both the champ and Santana. Hendry tosses Santana back in the ring. It appears something is wrong with Williams as it looks like doctors are checking on him…medical staff are helping up Trick on the outside. Hendry powerbombs Santana.

Hendry hits Santana with a standing ovation, but Santana kicks out at two. Santana connects with two spin the blocks on Hendry and then comes in and tosses Santana out of the ring and covers Hendry to get the win. Trick then shows his leg is fine.

Winner and still TNA World Champion – NXT’s Trick Williams

TNA President hands the TNA Title to Trick as he celebrates the win.

The show goes off the air.
