- NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: Thea Hail (c) vs Blake Monroe — Before this got started, Monroe attacked Hail during her entrance. Ricky Saints then came out instead to cut a promo about how Je’Von Evans and Trick Williams ran away from NXT because they know they can’t compete with Saints, who is looking to win back the NXT Championship from whoever wins tonight between Oba Femi and Leon Slater.
- Later, Ava found Monroe backstage and banned her from the building, calling off the title match.
- Tatum Paxley defeated Izzi Dame by pinfall.
- Jordynne Grace was checking on Thea Hail as Ava told Hail that the match has been cancelled. However, Hail begged her to have the match so she could prove herself, eventually reaching a settlement to have an open challenge like Blake Monroe had done before.
- NXT Women’s Championship Match: Jacy Jayne (c) defeated Kendal Grey by pinfall.
- Ethan Page reintroduced The Vanity Project to talk to Ava, calling them the future of the brand. (No confirmation they’ve been traded to NXT, though)
- Open Challenge for the NXT Women’s North American Championship: Izzi Dame defeated Thea Hail (c) by pinfall to win the title.
- Lola Vice was watching that match on a monitor backstage. The Vanity Project started hitting on her, but left when Hank Walker and Tank Ledger came over and told them to get lost. Vice is going to be looking for a title shot against Izzi Dame for having beaten her a few weeks ago, but says she first needs to take care of Kelani Jordan, who then bursts into the room and starts to fight with Vice.
- Joe Hendry asked Ava for a no disqualification match against Dion Lennox next week. Ava said she couldn’t sign off on that, because the rest of DarkState would just interfere. Hendry asked if she would if he could find a couple guys to help even the odds and she agreed.
- Promo: Ethan Page went to the ring to gloat about his title being the most prestigious in all of WWE. WWE Speed Champion Jasper Troy interrupted to try to put his name in the title hunt, followed by Josh Briggs doing the same, and then TNA International Champion Stacks, as well as Shiloh Hill (who says he’s getting a shot at Stacks’ title next week). Tavion Heights is out next to keep this going to say he’s fighting Troy next week. They all start to brawl, with Hill’s tooth popping out on top of Arianna Grace to gross her out in a clunky but fun segment.
- After the commercial break, Hendry was asking OTM to be his backup. They’re not interested until he says it would provide them a direct line to a tag team title shot.
- Also backstage, Fatal Influence and ZaRuca confronted each other. Ruca says she’s coming for Jayne’s title and there’s more tension with Zaria as Jayne pointed out that she thought that they were a tag team.
- Ethan Page then talked to Myles Borne and Tate Wilder, showing that Page has issues with both and setting up a match in the future against Borne most likely.
- NXT Championship Match: Oba Femi (c) retained over Leon Slater by pinfall.
- Ava was then shown talking to some EVOLVE talent about how there will be room for some call-ups to NXT. She was interrupted by Robert Stone, who brought it to her attention what Oba Femi “just did”. The feed then switched to the NXT Championship by itself, seemingly left behind by Femi. Overlooking the title in the background was Tony D’Angelo to end the show.
