- Ava kicked off the show in the ring with the NXT Championship, surrounded by a bunch of Superstars. After Ricky Saints interrupted to try to get her to just hand him the title, Ava announced that there will be qualifying matches starting next week to set up a six-man ladder match for February 3rd to determine the next champion. A brawl erupted and Keanu Carver stood tall among the field.
- Lola Vice defeated Kelani Jordan by pinfall.
- WWE Speed Championship Match: Jasper Troy (c) defeated Tavion Heights by pinfall. Lexis King attacked Heights after the match.
- Kendal Grey and Wren Sinclair were about to knock on Ava’s door about getting another match for Grey for the NXT Women’s Championship when ZaRuca interrupted them. Zaria asked Sinclair if she’s really going to let Grey get another shot over her, with everyone eventually going into Ava’s office where Fatal Influence were already there. Ava said that there will be a Triple Threat tag team match next week to determine who gets a shot at the TNA Knockouts tag team titles.
- Backstage, Lexis King gloated about how what he just did was majestic. Andre Chase told Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors that that was a teachable moment of what not to do. Stacks and Arianna Grace rolled up to say Chase U should be listening to King. Robert Stone then told King that he can’t just attack people and he’d have to bring it to Ava, when Myles Borne intimidated him about how he wants one of those qualifying matches, with Stone saying he’d talk to Ava about it.
- Another vignette aired to hype up Elio Lefleur.
- Ethan Page asked Ava backstage who his qualifying match will be. She said nobody, so he assumed he won’t even have to qualify, which isn’t the case. Ava says that he has to either vacate the North American Championship or if he were to win the ladder match, he’d have to vacate it anyway. She then says that title deserves all the spotlight and recognition, so he’s going to have to defend the title against Lefleur next week. He’s upset, but since he got a title shot on his first match, she turns that around on him.
- Blake Monroe cut an in-ring promo about how great she is. Jaida Parker returned to interrupt, leading to a brief scrap, which Parker was entirely in control for.
- TNA International Championship Match: Stacks (c) defeated Shiloh Hill by pinfall.
- Izzi Dame cut a promo in the ring about her title win, belittling her potential challengers like Lola Vice and Tatum Paxley, who came out ready for a fight and ended up knocking down a security official who was holding her back.
- Kelly Kincaid interviewed Ricky Saints backstage, who is already apparently in the ladder match without having to qualify because he was already owed a rematch. He says Eli Knight vs. Sean Legacy and Shiloh Hill vs Josh Briggs as two other qualifiers. This upsets Stacks for how he just beat Hill and deserves a spot over him. Lexis King then told Stacks “Let’s talk.”
- Tatum Paxley was being kicked out of the building, as reported by Blake Howard, who then spoke to The Vanity Project about how they’ve officially signed their NXT contracts. Jackson Drake assumes he’ll be in a qualifying match. Ricky Smokes and Brad Baylor will apparently face Chase U next week. Keanu Carver was approached for an interview, but he didn’t want the camera in his face.
- No Disqualification Match: Joe Hendry vs Dion Lennox by pinfall with help from OTM (who helped fend off the rest of DarkState) and Tony D’Angelo, who laid out Lennox, slammed Hendry as well, and dragged Hendry on top of Lennox. Tony D then took out the security guards Ava brought out to try to round him up.
