A bloody, violent match resulted in Gable losing to the one and only El Grande Americano, and as per the match stipulation, Gable was forced to reveal his identity.
After the match, Gable cut an impassioned promo with his family present, vowing that fans had not seen the last of him in AAA.
Taking to his Instagram Reels, Gable shared footage of his unmasking and shared a reaction to the end of his time under the mask.
“Tonight the mask died. And suddenly I feel more ALIVE than ever.”
Gable had played the character for much of 2025, before an injury sidelined him, and a new El Grande Americano emerged on programming.
In WWE, Gable is a former RAW, SmackDown, and NXT Tag Team Champion. As El Grande Americano, he is a former WWE Speed Champion.
