[Misc News] According to NWS, WSU wrestler Miss April has signed a WWE developmental contract. April, who was the winner (along with TNA’s Jay Lethal) of the NWS King & Queen Tournament just this past April has been a bright note on the indy scene where women have a hard time competing with men for the spotlight. April, along with her partner Brooke Carter, won the WSU tag team titles from Roxxie Cotton and Annie Social at an NWS event held in Edison this past February.
