***The group discussed last Thursday’s edition of TNA iMPACT that revolved around the Eric Bischoff/Hulk Hogan led “Immortal” faction, the lack of wrestling on a professional wrestling program despite a decent Nielsen rating, WWE superstar Randy Orton’s Tweet after watching the program and where the panelists feel TNA Creative is going next with the current storylines.
***After the break Phil & Spug gave Alan their thoughts on the Smackdown takeover of Monday Night Raw leading to the Bragging Rights PPV, their feelings on where Matt Hardy will be working when his 90 day clock runs out, the return of actor Freddie Prinze Jr. to the WWE Creative team, the possible return of Tough Enough to TV and the Great Khali’s appearance on the Indian version of Big Brother.
***In the closing segment Alan and Spug discussed the recent growth of wrestling promotions using the Go Fight Live internet PPV company and will fans see promotions going all iPPV and leaving cable/satellite TV behind.
