In early 2008 I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Martin and what a pleasure it was. I began speaking with Mr. Martin through ECW Original James “The Sandman” Fullington. I began booking for him and Soon after got him booked on a event in Ohio. He was happy because it was his first match for over 6 months and he was looking forward to getting rid of the “ring rust”. Mr. Martin was very respectful when promoters approached me about booking him & Always wanted to help the business. He was very outspoken through his official myspace page. We use to talk as well and he would share old W.W.E. stories with me. One of the last times I spoke with him, he was excited because He was gonna go to W.W.E.’s Wrestlemania 24 in Orlando, Fl. with His girlfriend and current W.W.E. Diva, Kelly Kelly, he looked forward to seeing some of his old friends. It has w true honor to work with you bro. Rest In Peace!
