On January the 3rd this year I weighed in at 22 stone 3 pounds, today I weigh 17 stone 2 pounds, all down to me changing and my diet and training like a lunatic, I’m in the gym everyday at 5am doing cardio training for 45 minutes on an empty stomach, the pounds and inches have just melted away, I eat healthy food all day and get my scrawny backside back in the gym again at night to do another 45 minutes cardio training, apart from dropping 5 stone so far and 8 inches from my waist its costing me an arm and a leg in clothes. I would like to thank those who seemed worried that I may have been ill, I am starting to worry a bit now though, I have abs starting to show and the fatty chants when I’m in the ring have stopped.
