  Thomas Swafford wrote: I didn’t know him, but I was watching Nick Gulas’s wrestling during the mid 70s. Hickerson & Dennis Condry where a tag team at that point and did a lot of feuding with Jackie Fargo. Fargo use to call Condry “a Pekinese Dog” due to his hair and mustache.The fued involving Fargo went on for months. I remember Gulas had one program that was nothing more than clips from the feud. Fargo brought in “Nuthouse” but they laid waste to him as well. This was 1976 and Hickerson was calling himself the “Bicentennial King.” Later Big Bad John joined Fargo in his fued against the duo, and was saying he was “the BiCentennial Baby” saying you had to be a baby before you were a king.
