Jake Roberts opens up “Dynamite” in a pre-tape. He says that his history will not be his destiny and asks if any of us if we would jump out of an airplane without a parachute, and compares that to standing in the ring with Lance Archer and thinking you have a prayer of winning.

“If you step in the ring with Lance Archer then it is done,” Roberts says. “You saw what happened to poor Marko.” Roberts says that sometimes it’s better to be believed to be a fool than to take action and refuse all doubt, which Marko did. Roberts taunts Cody and even suggests that Cody might throw the match so he won’t have a chance of facing Archer. “Cody, are you a man or a mouse,” Roberts asks. “Squeak up and tell me.”

Chris Jericho is on commentary with Tony Schiavone.
